    My 2005 A's Franchise (MVP 2005)

Well after a long time off ... my NEW season has begun... not a bad first game... i may have to take down the user contact by about 5 notches or so but over all im very pleased with my first season game.

still unsure how im giong to do daily news for signings... since the scroll on the bottom takes soooo long to go around i may just do it from the main menu and not do $ amounts for the players..

well hope you all like it.. rusty i know but hey ive been out of the loop for a while now..

    thanks for reading guys

Well i think that Danny Haren will fit very nicely in our line up this season if his first start is any indication to his stuff and make up. take a look at the series finale with the Baltimore Orioles.

Ok this game was a very well pitched game for both the Rays and myself... I knew coming into this game that it wasn't going to be a walk in the park. the oucome may have not been what I'd hoped but hey what you gonna do...

p.s. still trying to find my old nitch writing so if it isn't still my best that is why...

            lol...

For me, that player is Raffy Palmiero. I just CANNOT get that guy out to save my life!

I'm running a dynasty with the A's myself and I've been enjoying reading your stuff so far. Keep up the good work.

Thanks nice to know there is another A's chise out there... yeah after the last game i gave up a itph.. i went to assisted fielding. it sems to help not give up all those trips and itph's...

yeah im just starting to get really frustrated that im not able to score more than 2 or 3 runs a game...i started a game last night in my chise and again late in the game was up 2-0 and the computer just score 4 runs in the inning to take the game over...now yest i was pretty tired , it was late about 2 am or so my time.. but i jsut turned it off...

im not getting as upset or stressed out as i thought i would be with mvp... im just struggling with when to swing and when not too. im not striking out much about 3-5 times per game but my offense is struggling hard... but hopefully soon that will change...

well my first road trip is over and Zito pitched his second game of the season... another great game... come read all about it and see how it all turned out..

              thanks for reading all

Ah... it feels sooo good to be home off the road. it is the first home game of the season and all things are looking good to start the home stand.. shaky but good. read about it in my latest journal.

well i dont know how or why it happened but i noticed that after i played my most recent game... that a player that i had set up on the rosters before i started my season had been signed by some team.. so i went and checked... and somehow my once done loaded rosters had been erased.. completely sooooooooooo im having to start my season all over again... sooo ill see you all back here after my first game of my season after i play it.

well talk about having my head handed to me on o platter.. WOW.. game one of my new season is up and it wasn't pretty... After this game i lowered the ball rate slider from 40 to 0 and I'll see what happens in game two but this was ugly...im just not patient enough to have that slider that high and afer seeing this game you will see why... lol

well my early season woes continue... i think it is time to pull out the magic spell book and see if there is anything for slumbering lumber. It is a very long season I'm not to worried yet. Well not THAT worried yet after just two games.. lol

                      thanks for reading all.

I wont be running any updates on my page for a few days. Reason being is that I'm going to play as many games as i can to get caught up with the real schedule as quickly as i can.

I am however doing box scores for all the games that im doing and putting them in the schedule part of my page and doing daily news.

I will be starting to keep player stats and all that stuff once i get back on track and caught up on my season.

thank you all for your patience and for your readership of my page.

Well im 99.9% caught up on my season. im only a todays game behind but cant post it due to the site maintainance..but that is cool i havent played it yet. i have put up my old all divisions and league leaders back on the page. I will guarentee you that you will NOT be able to see that many A's on the league leaders this time usnig MVP.

since it is a week ender game that i just played there isnt a new journal to read but feel free to go check out my stangind and player stats.

just thought i would let everyone know where i am right now and let you know that erhe is stuff to look at... oh and there is daily news for all the days on my schedule in the news section.

I'm still deciding if going to go through and go back through all the days i jsut played to catch up and post each days set of games played throughout all of mlb.
