Backstory: A "late bloomer" Brandon grew up in South Philly where he didn't start playing football until his sophomore year of high school. His height was an issue but his speed mixed with toughness/power helped him become one of the best WRs/Specialists on the east coast. He had opportunities to go elsewhere but not a storied football program like USC.

I'm glad someone choose a WR, same with you hockey. WR are basically the best rated players on the generic cupcake team squad and I am trying to keep the OVRs around the same as those. Thanks!

Thanks man, you choose a good position because of the default cupcake roster ratings. It had the WR's rated pretty well. The number 27 was already chosen by someone though so I gave you 26. If you want a different number let me know.

Looks like the team is coming together well. We got a nice RB combo. A nice WR Combo, of course TJ Youngblood a catching machine.

The Defense is coming together well as well, now the only question is who is going to block for Lowery and the gang.

Thanks for checking back in, I agree. We have some weapons, but if we have a terrible o-line(which we do) what's going to be the point?.

Yeah I hope the O-Line will be stellar. We need an O-Line to at least compete. But we have a talented Team so far. TE and WR to throw too and RB's to help and a good D too

Tiger Roberts has first press conference as USC head coach
                            LA, California

Tiger Roberts who looks identical to Mike Singletary

The new USC Trojans football coach Tiger Roberts called his first press conference today and spoke to the media. "First let me tell you how much it means to me to be head coach here. I know this is a great fanbase, and a school with a lot of tradition. Hell, I wanted to play here but I wasn't good enough. I would like to thank Mike Garett for having enough faith in me to give me a chance here. It's going to be a long journey. I will now receive questions from the media."
Chad Boren(ESPN): Coach, what experience do you have coaching football, and could you give us a backstory on your childhood that so many have heard about?

TR: Sure thing Chad, I have coached Roosevelt Highschool for 11 years, and we have won 4 state championships. I have produced some NFL talent, but I have no real college coaching experience. I know the talent level here is more drastic, and the speed of the game is faster. Now as for my childhood, I grew up in the hood. We were poor growing up, and just like so many other children around me my parents were druggies. I love them to this day, but they are what drove me to be the best I can be. I was never a great QB but I had a niche for coaching. After school, my highschool coach asked me to be one of his assistants because he saw something in me and here we are.

Rachael Nichols(LA Times): Coach, what do you think of your new players, and how much success do you think you will have with them?

TR: The players we have now will work hard. That's all I really know about them. Some could have gotten into a better situation at other schools but still choose to come here. I thank them for that. Honestly, I don't expect to win many games this year if any. I know that's going to dissappoint the USC fans but the PAC-10 is a very tough conference.

Mike Conrad(Rivals): What kind of Defense and Offense will you be running this year?

TR: We will be running the 4-3 defense, and with a USC pro-style approach to offense, Mike. This is USC Trojan Football.

If any of you have any questions for Tiger, just post them and he will answer.
