Good luck with the season. Looks like the FCS team stood no chance.
When Riley got hurt midseason I had Bridgford take over because he was a little bit better of an athlete than Sweeney. The thing that shocked me was Cliff Harris transferring to the team. And the win over the the scrubs was great

      Week Three

Ohio State is the next opponent for the Cal Golden Bears, and after an extra week of preparation, they should be ready. "I'm ready to hand these guys their first loss of the season," says McBride about the Buckeyes. Even though Ohio State is ranked 8th in the coaches poll, Cal is the favorite in this game.

Bridgford shows that he is a true dual threat quarterback scorching the Hawaii defense for 200+ yards rushing. Bridgford ran the option to perfection.

                            Building Momentum
The Golden Bears came out and threw today, and threw often. Coming off a disappointing effort against the Utah Utes Allan Bridgford came out and lit up the scoreboard. With 5 total touchdowns [4 pass, 1 rush] Bridgford passed for 453 yards with 41 completions on 50 attempts. His go-to guy was preseason All-Pac 12 Sophomore receiver Tevin Carter. Carter pulled down an amazing 17 catches for 167 yards with one touchdown. Kennan Allen, the #2 receiver hauled in 10 for 159 and a TD. Cal struggled to keep the running game consistent with Covaughn Deboskie rushing for 94 on 16 attempts. Star linebacker M.Kendricks recorded his 3rd sack of the year, with the defense starting off very slow. Oregon State scored all of their 21 points in the 3rd quarter, behind QB Ryan Katz and Jaquizz Rodgers.
                            Final Score 35-21 Cal

Cal moves up in the rankings to #2, and will take on the Arizona Wildcats next week as they try to improve their record to 10-0. Cal is among only two of the unbeatens in college football, and redshirt sophomore Allan Bridgford has moved into Heisman contention with his stellar performance.

Just so everyone knows, this isn't dead. I currently have a virus on my computer and am in the process of fixing it
