The Cream of the Crop
Multiple Teams interested in Safety Ryan Clark...
As Free Agency kicks off we have reports of multiple Teams interested in the services of Safety Ryan Clark.
The 35 year old spent the 2014 Season in Washington DC where the Redskins finished with a 4-12 Record under new Head Coach Jay Gruden.
Not ready for retirement yet, Clark is on the market as news broke that he is looking for a 1 year deal possibly as his last hoorah in his NFL Career.
As of right now Ryan Clark has 8 Teams all offering him multiple Deals.
The Atlanta Falcons, Chicago Bears, Cleveland Browns, and most recently, the New York Giants have all offered him a Deal.

LMAO all good man. I know the newer Maddens allow you to edit Draft Classes but not sure which ones. I'll probably do that for a later project when this one runs its course.Comment

NEW YORK GIANTS: Hire Steve Spagnuolo as Defensive Coordinator...Returns to G-Men
2/5/15
Written By: Adam Schefter
A familiar face will be returning to New York this Season as Tom Coughlin has hired Steve Spagnuolo to be the Giants new Defensive Coordinator.
Spagnuolo was the Giants D.C in 2007 when they upset the New England Patriots in Super Bowl 42. He then got a taste of his first Head Coaching gig when the Rams hired him in 2009.
He spent last Season and the 2013 Season in Baltimore as a Defensive Coach under John Harbaugh.
He returns under new Head Coach Todd Bowles and Offensive Coordinator Ben McAdoo.
"Excited to be back with the Giants. I had a lot of good times and success here as we won the Super Bowl back in 2007. I look forward to trying to help the Giants win another one. I'm excited to work with Todd. I admired his work in Arizona this year." Spagnuolo said.

BUCCANEERS set sights on Quarterback Brian Hoyer
Associated Press (AP)- With the recent shocking retirement of Buccaneers Quarterback Josh McCown, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have set their sights on Free Agent QB Brian Hoyer.
Hoyer was the Browns starting Quarterback this year where he helped Cleveland all the way to the AFC Championship. A loss to the Dynasty in Foxboro. Hoyer turned down a Extension earlier in the year as Cleveland prepares for the Johnny Football ERA. He spent the year as the Browns starting Quarterback and mentored Manziel.
"I know Cleveland was ready to move in a new ERA and I respect that. I loved my time there especially this year when Mike (Pettine) had me the starter. We had a great year made the Playoffs and almost made the Super Bowl. I'm ready to move on to a new Team and become the starter again. I'm excited to meet with the Bucs they're coming off a good year too." Hoyer stated.
Hoyer flies to Tampa to meet with the Buccaneers this afternoon as Free Agency kicks off in the NFL.
With the retirement of McCown, Tampa has Mike Glennon and Casey Pachall on the Roster.Comment

NFL announces Super Bowl 50 will be played at Raymond James Stadium...
Associated Press(AP)- All eyes will be on Head Coach Lovie Smith and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers when the 2015 Season kicks off. The NFL announced that Raymond James Stadium in Tampa will be home to Super Bowl 50 on February 7, 2016.
Last Season the Bucaneers finished with the best Record in the NFL at 14-2 but lost in the Divisional Round to the Dallas Cowboys. Tampa will look to become the first Team in NFL History to host their own Super Bowl.
Super Bowl 49 was in Glendale at University of Phoenix Stadium. The Cardinals went 11-5 but lost in the Wildcard Round to the Chicago Bears.
New England won Super Bowl 49 over the Seattle Seahawks in blowout fashion 38-10.Last edited by johnstone1987; 05-10-2021, 06:35 PM.Comment

Re: ~~Lords of the Gridiron~~
I like what the Bears and Giants did (Giants grabbing Solder and Jimmy Graham on big deals) -- feels like those teams invested in spots they needed to get them into a contender conversation. Hoyer to Tampa Bay is a big get too, so we'll see if he can replicate what he did last season with the Browns.Comment

Bears upgraded as well with Britt. Cutler is coming off a MVP year. Ayers should really boost that Defense. And Hoyer will be interesting to watch in Tampa after leading Cleveland to the AFC Title Game.Comment
