Are you HC for New Mexico, or just Coordinating?

Thanks! All I use is Microsoft PowerPoint, search up some cool background (ex. black metal), and just put tables and shapes over it. Looks a lot nicer than the skill I have haha.

And I am the HC. I am doing an easy rebuild with no regulations but my plan is to say that I brought all these great players to New Mexico via illegal recruiting- so I will eventually leave for another rebuild and then enforce some harder recruiting sliders.

Re: The Great Realignment (NCAA 14)

Really thought the system delivered here. Despite the odd-ball crew of Louisville, Syracuse, and Boston College being in the Top 4- I believe they were definitely the best teams. (Maybe you guys were right about Texas A&M over Oregon haha). Arguably, Boston College should've ended up #2- what a year by them (also had the #1 offense and #1 defense rank). Louisville is the undisputed champ. I feel like they won at least five Top 10 matchups- all by double digits. Crazy thing is- most of their starters are underclassmen.
Also, how about UNLV taking out Alabama in the Sugar Bowl? Makes me think what if they didn't slip to Nevada mid-season. Overall, several teams have positioned themselves for definite promotion to Independent.

No surprise here that Louisville and Boston College dominated the All-American list. Crazy how even BC's RB and Louisville's RB are statistically and ended #1 and #2 in the Heisman race. Pretty sure WVU's LB won the Best LB award solely by having four sacks against me lol. Statistically, Notre Dame's QB throwing for 40 TDs and 3 INT is pretty crazy. Also, UNLV's QB nearly had 3,000 passing and 1,000 rushing with 40+ TDs. What a year by him and his team.

In hindsight, our QB play was TERRIBLE. Vigilant was easily our Offensive MVP. He really came out of nowhere to be the backbone of our offense. Burton at safety was a huge underrated guy I never touched on. Really did everything from being a sideline to sideline tackler, sacker, and ballhawk. I was also really disappointed to see Michael Patton not make the Freshman All-American team with 8.0 sacks and 20 TFL as a true freshman. Not pleased at all with either offensive or defensive stats- kind of a wonder how we won six games. One big thing that sticks out to me is that I'm losing three all-conference linemen. I have a heck of a recruiting class coming in so we'll be very young but talented.

Good first year, looking forward to seeing what kind of recruits you bring in! I'm gonna have to experiment with backgrounds in PowerPoint for my graphics now, never even considered doing that.

Thanks! It was a fun and unpredictable year- winning some we shouldn't have and losing some we shouldn't have. But yeah, I didn't enforce any recruiting restrictions so I really killed it.

And let me know if there is any details with PowerPoint!

I’m a little late but I read through and am really interested. Definitely following and I’m probably gonna do something like this for myself to enjoy. Really cool stuff

Not late at all! The Lobos are just getting started. And, I definitely think the realignment brings a new level intrigue to the dynasty. Thanks for following!

Re: The Great Realignment (NCAA 14)

I posted this earlier but it got buried so I'm going to throw it up if anyone's interested in putting a player into my dynasty!

"Something I’ve been wanting to do is have you all create some prospects and then I’ll also track their careers- kind of to add a level of interactivity with the whole project. Maybe even some CPU coaches at some point in the off-season.

Here’s how I am going to do it:

*one prospect per season per person*

                Name:
                Position: (can be any)
                HT/WT:
Appearance: (doesn’t have to be detailed)
Type of Player: (ex: slot receiver)
                Home State:

For your overall, I’m going to do a random number generator between 90 and 70 overall with the odds of getting higher/lower than 80 drastically dropping every point. Meaning the odds of getting a 90 overall (as a freshman) will be like 1/1000, 85 like 1/100, 80 like 1/10.

You can go ahead and do these and I’ll find a way to work them in the recruiting. I’ll give updates on your top schools then also how you do statistically in college.

Go ahead and drop some prospects!"

LOL, illegal recruiting...That is awesome! I love it! And thanks for the tip on sprucing up my graphics. I'm contemplating acquiring a video-captrure card, but I doubt I'll go as far as Moose does with his dynasty. Still, some better screenshots are a must.

Haha I like the originality. Ran the overall simulator and he will be an 82 (only 8% odds to score that high). Should be a top a recruit!
