Re: A SENSational Story | Nuka takes over GM for the Senators
Sens go to 1st shoot out of the season
This game was just back and forth. Burmistrov scored at 2:02 of the 3rd period to tie the game up. Anderson played amazing. He stopped every shot in overtime, and the Sens did an amazing job killing the 2 minute powerplay in the last 2 minutes of overtime. Even though the Sens lost in a shoot-out, they still got that 1 point they needed. This continues their streak to 4 losses.

Re: A SENSational Story | Nuka takes over GM for the Senators
The Sens face the Lightning twice in just as many days, both in Tampa Bay. After being benched for 2 games, Nabokov is back between the pipes.
Score = 3 - 1, simmed by accident.
Injuries haunt Sens, end up with win none the less
After a 3 - 1 win in Tampa Bay last night, the Sens try to go for the 2nd win, to sweep Tampa Bay in their home two days in a row. Phillips got hit by a cross check and did not return to game. After X-Rays, it turns out he fractured his collar bone. Diaz also left the game in the 1st with a concussion, but returned to play. Cowan also got hit by a puck, but brushed it off. In the 3rd, O'Byrne missed a check and hit the boards, he went down with a sore shoulder but did return. Dispite all these injuries, the Sens held onto the lead.
