You probably mentioned this earlier, but I am too lazy to go back: what console/settings/game/rosters are you using?
Nice job so far with Tanzania, despite overwhelming odds against you.

Thanks for the follow! It was refreshing to play outside of the CAF. Yea...Israel has 13 points and are closely followed by Switzerland and Latvia with 11. If I had to guess, I think Switzerland will take that group, although Israel should be able to grab the play-off spot!

I'm using World Cup 2010 on the 360 with Legendary difficulty and the standard rosters...don't think you could ever update those rosters and if so, the servers are no longer open anyway.

Again, thanks for the follow...do you have any suggestions as to who to play with next? Remember it needs to be a country that hasn't made it to the World Cup yet.

I'm thinking maybe an Asian or South American team, like Laos or something.

I'll certainly take Laos into consideration...I think that may be an even more difficult challenge!

Pfeif you should try and re-create the magic that was my San Marino Challenge on FWC2010.

          I believe I finished qualifying with a 2-4-4 record...on legendary. Best that.

              Friendly
              June 20, 2009
              Dar El Salaam, Tanzania
              Tanzania 1-1 Qatar

              18' T. Al Bloushi (S. Soria) - QAT
              27' H. Shindika (J. Tegete) - TAN

              14 Shots 5
              5 SOG 2
              51% Possession 49%

This was easily the most free flowing Coach Pfeifer's side has looked under his reign as national team head coach. The ball was moving from side to side; front to back; back to front. It started off well with great possession and a couple solid crosses into the box that the Qatar keeper snagged, but it all led to a counter attack down the throats of Tanzania for Al Bloushi to finish in the 18th minute for the 1-0 lead in favor of Qatar. From there on it was back and forth with more quality chances being created by Tanzania. It wasn't long before a beautiful string of one and two touch passes ended up in the back of the Qatar net. Shindika gets credit for the 27th minute goal that leveled the score, but Tegete, Makasi and Nsajigwa all were involved in the wonderful build-up. The 1-1 result against a quality Qatar side that narrowly missed out on the AFC Play-Off bodes well for the coming months. Up next is a trip to the warm July heat in Kingston, Jamaica against The Reggae Boyz whose poor qualifying led them to an early exit in Stage 3 of CONCACAF qualifying.
