Alexandru Maxim's second half free kick was all Stuttgart could put into the back of the net despite a plethora of chances.

We are in a pretty favorable section with 2. Bundesliga teams. In theory we should find our way into the semifinals, but that's just theory...

EDIT: Silly me, it's a draw for each round...

At the half-way point for us, we are struggling to find the back of the net. Vedad Ibisevic comes back soon and I'll have to find a way to get him inserted into the lineup without dipping into the minutes of Alexandru Maxim and Mohammed Abdellaoue who have been fantastic for us. Defensively we've welcomed back Schwaab back from his injury and that has been a big help.

In the second half of the season I think there are a couple things in mind:
            1) Grab a great passer and dribbler of the ball in the January Transfer Window.
            2) Take care of the teams in the bottom half of the table...no more dropping points in those games at home for sure.
            3) Possibly look to move Georg Niedermeier. He is too slow to play in the back for me. (use this money towards a stud midfielder/forward who can hold the ball for us)
