Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
Michigan picked up a commitment today in 5`9" 170lb Tony Drake from Dallas (TX) Skyline who is an athelte. Sounds like he will be used on the offesnive side of the ball.

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
FSU picked up two more commitments, well reaffirmations really from Juco placements RB Debrale Smiley and DT Anthony McCloud. Smiley is a big, big back at 6', 235 lbs and McCloud is a run stopping DT. Both will redshirt this year at Juco and have 3 to play 3 when they enroll at FSU in December.Comment

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
I'm sorry if this is a noob question. I don't really follow recruiting but seeing the popularity since I've been on these forums I have to question something.
With how things are, don't these commits mean absolutely nothing? They can change their mind tomorrow, next year, or right before they put the ink to the paper. So does it really matter where they commit now?Originally posted by MoJust once I'd like to be the one they call a jerk off.Originally posted by MoYou underestimate my lazinessOriginally posted by Mo**** ya

Yipee!!!
I canceled my Rivals account after signing day. So I haven't been in the loop that much recently. Is Gardner pretty solid? Or is he going to be one of those guys your going to have to worry about until NSD?"The academic support at Ohio State, there is no way you can fail. Even if you're giving minimal effort there is no way you can fail."

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
Sounded pretty solid from his presser. Said he wanted to commit early because he wanted to end all the chaos of the recruiting process. Also said he'd be doing some recruiting for Michigan.Comment

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
Jake Holland commits to Auburn.
He seems like a pretty solid player, he had a decent array of offers to choose from.
He had 129 tackles last year with 74 solos and runs a 4.56 40.WUSTLComment

Shaun Kitchens commits to Auburn. He will play wide receiver at Auburn.
His profile says he runs a 4.95 or something, but he runs a 4.5.Last edited by auburntigersfan; 04-04-2009, 06:45 PM.WUSTLComment
