Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
I think it's just that we have a few recruits visiting, but they aren't finalized yet.
I don't think there is any huge news, but hopefully there is!
I hope that we get some commits, we need them. I think we have a few silent commits at this point, maybe they will become public this weekend?Comment

Words straight out of the #1 RB in the nation's mouth...
"What's up Nick Saban. Wait til we get here."
I'd say there is a very good chance Lache Seastrunk will be an Auburn Tiger.AUBURN TIGERS

If Seastrunk actually did that, then he'll fit in nicely with little brother.Twitter

Bammer beat Auburn for the first time in seven years and won the SEC Western Division Championship and a Sugar Bowl Runner Up Trophy.
They have reclaimed their natural birthright as College Football's Elite Program with such an array of incredible feats!AUBURN TIGERS

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
All I know is that recruits should know better than to call out a rival coach that has a national championship to his credit when his own "future" coach has a record of 5-19.Twitter

Is it Seastrunk's or Husker's? I could see him fitting in with his own little brother, though not so much with a goofy Alabama fan.
Perhaps Seastrunk is joining the rap group Little Brother?Comment

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
It really isn't, we don't have any of our coaches or any officially related to the university talking smack to Saban (e.g. Lane Kiffin). Lache is a recruit, and him already talking about wanting to beat our rival is nothing but positive for us.WUSTLComment

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
He wasn't talking about beating Alabama, he was talking about beating Nick Saban.
Saying the first is not uncommon for a recruit, but mentioning a head coach is just plain dumb. Especially when that coach is one of the best in the game.Twitter

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
Nick Saban represents your program, Nick Saban is your program. Nick Saban is the only reason your program is relevant in college football right now, so directing his statement towards Saban makes plenty of sense.WUSTLComment
