Don't shoot the messenger Psy..but...
Gholston is being rumored to visit Alabama on the 15th with Hankins. It's not a sure thing yet, but it seems likely he will be down for an OV with Hankins.
That'd be huge.Twitter

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
Heard the same. Actually heard lots of smoke that Gholston is really close to decommitting from MSU. Obviously any school would have a spot for Gholston, but does Bama have room for Hankins too?Comment

What makes you say that? He seems to be having a hard time deciding to me, since he's moved back the decision date about 4 times.Comment

I would say the Bulldogs have the largest chance of signing Newton for sure.
Also, a couple pretty trusted Auburn insiders seem to think he will most likely choose MSU over Auburn.WUSTLComment

It seems like his dad really wants him to go to MSU, and his dad contacted a MSU guy on Scout to inform him of the decision date.

Most of the site mods on both AU sites say that Cam is leaning heavily to AU.
No one really knows, but there is zero info coming out of the AU sites saying Cam is headed to MSU.AUBURN TIGERS

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
The recent loss of Devonta Bolton leaves an open spot.
Not coincidentally, all the talk about Hankins started to surface around the time it was discovered Devonta Bolton would not be coming to Alabama. So there is an empty slot in our class. Is it for Hankins? More than likely. But I dare say we would find room for the pipe dream that is Gholston.
If my numbers are correct, we're taking 6 more. Mosley is a given. John Fulton, Ahmad Dixon, Hankins, Gholston, James Stone, Arie Kuandijo are all possibilities.Twitter

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
I heard that as well. It sucks because he's one of those who could come in and immediately challenge for PT. And Bama needs all that they can get for the secondary next season.Twitter

It would honestly almost be worth UM losing Hankins if it meant MSU lost Gholston and that POS coach at Southeastern has to explain to Dantonio how his prize slipped away.Comment
