Brown wrestling with decision
In one corner is Alabama, defending national champion and home of the 2010 Heisman Trophy winner, fellow running back Mark Ingram.
In the other is Texas, promising the lure of immediate playing time and all the benefits of a powerhouse program within an hour's drive of home.
Asked whether his decision had gotten any easier since narrowing his choices, Brown shook his head.
“It's harder,” he said. “Now I have to get down to the real details. They both have everything. Right now, I don't even know.”PS: You guys are great.

Re: 2011 Recruiting Thread
Vanderbilt got a commitment from UR QB Damien Fleming from Jacksonville. 6-3, 175 lbs, 4.6 forty time. Could be an interesting player for Vandy to develop 3-4 years down the road.Comment

Re: 2011 Recruiting Thread
Brown may very well go to Texas.
But Alabama gets one of Dee Hart, Isaiah Crowell, and Malcolm Brown. I'll be happy with which ever one commits. My guess is Dee Hart.Twitter

Re: 2011 Recruiting Thread
Yeah it definitely won't be Hart. Ha'sean Dix wants him at Bama more than the staff does I think, and he's a much better fit at Michigan or Auburn. I do believe he named them his top 2 as well.
UGA has made a lot of headway in the battle for Crowell, to the point that he might be leaning slightly to the Dawgs. Bama is making a strong push for Brown and right now I think it's as even as it can be. That said, I think we're more likely to see Crowell sign with the Tide of the two. I don't even care, I'd be happy with either one.
But yeah, Dee Hart is out.PS: You guys are great.

I think Auburn is in great shape with Hart, it should be interesting to see where he ends up.WUSTLComment
