Just curious if there is any bug for offline dynasties as well? I just reached max level for my OC, and stopped gaining exp. I'm at about 290 out of the max for the level. Been this way for a few weeks during the season.

Could I have stopped gaining exp because my OC is maxed out?

We restarted our dynasty and I still can't get coaching xp.... So it's not all fixed.

Good news. This worked. Default never changes but when you advance the user goes to the level you change it to. And it still says default.

Maybe I'm not being clear. I realize it still says 1 when you exit out and come back in. Who cares. Change it to whatever number you want and back out. Advance the week. Enjoy.

We are on the verge of confirming this in FTA right now. We have three new guys not getting new XP but one guy joined after we tried changing default level and even though it didnt show he still started at lvl 6. He then switched teams right away and didnt get the xp boost the second time. I think this was because his file was corrupted by changing so fast or because user games had played and his new teams game had showed up in the score update in game so it had already been background simmed by the CPU.

We are about to boot them, advance, and have them fresh rejoin before anyone plays and see if they all get the lvl 6 start.

Crossing my fingers, we may be avoiding a restart after all.

I don't know what that means. Is that some sarcastic expression?

What I do know, is we just did what I described, and all three guys started at lvl 6. Sounds like they still don't have coach XP goals though. This method should tide us over until EA hopefully patches existing dynasties. We might have to do some sort of "yearly pre-season drop out and rejoin" to get league wide XP boosts in the meantime but it's better than restarting.

After you advance I think they will start getting exp. So:

1. user retires
2. commish changes Coach Starting Exp level
3. user joins and is the new level but won't get exp
4. advance week
5. I think user will now get exp

I haven't confirmed 5 yet, but I do know before I advanced the user was not in the list of Coaches but after I advanced he was in the list.

Ok, here's a little update...

I'm the only member of our 12 team league not receiving XP.

I retired.
Commish changed starting level.
Commish advanced.
I rejoined.

In the past, my name was not appearing on coach list. Now it is.
In the past, my XP points in the bottom of right corner of the screen always showed 0/0. Now it shows 0/640. Hopefully get my user/user game in tonight and will report back whether I get XP..
