This is great to read. Thanks. I tried the 32 team thing but it was just to much for me.Comment

Re: TUTORIAL: How to Disable Drive Goals For Solo CFM
I'm still doing something wrong. I started a Steelers Franchise and added the Patriots coach before playing the first week. I lost the game and after it ended I retired the coach, advanced the next week and my players confidence levels all went through the roof. Is there another setting I should have on/off?
The funny thing is, I didn't follow directions the first time I read this thread. I created a fictional coach to the Patriots instead of adding the existing one and retired him after playing the game. My players confidence level were normal. All around +2 or 3 except for
Le'Veon Bell who had +7.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
ThanksComment

We can't say if you don't share the player confidence screen.
I recommend leaving goal and xp UI on so you know immediately when the goals are still enable. Last game I re loaded my cfm before doing the workaround and went straight to play the game and I noticed that the goals were still active. I forgot to do the assign coach.
It's weird that all players go up that high. Specially after a loss.

Also, if I just sim the games instead of playing them out it should still have the same effect, right? I want to test this again but don't want to play the games until I know I'm doing it right.
Thanks again.Comment

Super sim doesn´t have Drive goals, these are for played game only. So no, you don´t need this for super sim games.English, is not my first language.Comment

OK thanks. I usually play 15 minute quarters but gonna lower it significantly till I get this sorted out. I don't want to go through an entire full length game only to find out I screwed something up-again.Comment

Re: TUTORIAL: How to Disable Drive Goals For Solo CFM
Ugh! I'm a moron.
All this new crap they add to the game each year to ruin the experience had me all confused. I was in the wrong menu. I was looking at the Experience Level changes (which is still quite high after one game) instead of the Confidence Changes window which are normal and have a lot of negatives after my loss.
Thanks again for the awesome workaround!Comment

Re: TUTORIAL: How to Disable Drive Goals For Solo CFM
I'm six games into my CFM and it's playing exactly like the Play Now games I played. I've gotten a wide variety of games in just those six games as well. I lost 37-30 in my opener and just played a game earlier where I was down 7-6 going into the fourth quarter and won 21-14. It plays great.Comment

While we see that the changes are not that drastic on the UI, they are VERY noticeable in game.
The closer your players on the field are to 50 confidence, the most "play now" experience you will get.English, is not my first language.Comment

Sorry if this has already been asked but can I do this fix if I am in coach mode of my team and not owner mode?Comment
