What about man defense? I run a heavy man defense and in M16 even with elite man players scrubs would get open consistently with drags and slants.
I run a cover 1 scheme where 90% of my defense is spent in man. Will elite cover guys be better in covering lower tiered pass catchers on consistent basis.
will there be defense assignments to where my best CB follow the #1 wr.Comment

Don't quote me, but I think they mentioned that it will be in this years madden the same fashion as Vikings stadium last year. I think I read it somewhere before last years release, could be mistaken though. Wouldn't surprise me if it was true even if they didn't say it.Comment

I would assume so. For CFM in M16, the Vikings played the first season in TCF Bank Stadium, then the 2nd year they started playing in their brand new US Bank Stadium. So I don't see why they wouldn't add in ATL's new stadium!Comment

I have two questions, I don't know if you are able to answer either but I'll give it a shot.
The Cover Trailer that was released is it indicative of the time you spent playing the build/builds of the game? I feel as if this can be answered factually and not on impression but I understand if you don't feel comfortable answering.
Also not sure if you are able to answer this either or if you would even know but...at what point/points in the build cycle did you play the game? Was it more along the lines of a dev kit, a demo, closer to the final build, etc. I understand that it will likely be tweaked from when you last played it but if you played multiple builds did it ever drastically change from one build to another?

As to the second, I've played the game in 2 different sessions. Both were on Dev kits, both basically feature complete. However, there is tuning and tweaking done basically every day on a variety of systems. So, at the beginning of the event X might be happening too much or too little but by the end of the event it'll be closer to where it needs to be. Or there might be a bug that was noticed prior to our arrival and is fixed in a build on the second day or something. It just depends on the timing. They certainly don't "finalize" what we're playing in the way they might do for E3 or some other kind of public facing event. Things break, systems crash, etc. It happens.
But, to answer the latter part of your question: yes, there were definite changes to many things from event to event, and sometimes from day to day. For example, I didn't know about any new equipment after the first event because it literally wasn't in the build we played at that event. In the most recent one, however, I saw a lot of new stuff.Comment
