Madden 16 was the best game play Madden game ever, still playing it today and so are many forum members.

There was a patch last year to slow down aggressive catching and the corners I play with and the CPU corners swat passes.

Madden 16 was the worst game I ever played...Defenders can't even swat in this game...there was no aggressive catching last year what do you mean???

Aggressive catching and the animations that make to corners unable to swat makes this game absolutely stupid to play...

Did they change the way corners swat this year?? can they finally break up a deep ball instead of getting sucked into animations every single time?

I didn't say there was NO aggressive catching, I said, after a patch, the aggressive catching was limited or slowed down.

And you will not find out your answer about corners squatting passes(they do swat in 16) until the game play blog is released.

Madden 16 was one of the worst games I ever played, I stopped playing 2 months after buying it, cornerbacks can't even swat in the game they get sucked into animations it makes the game useless to play. Did they change the nfl blitz agg catching and are the corners able to swat in 17?

Did you play Madden 08?

yes worse than madden 08...they destroyed the madden franchise with the game they put out this year..defenders can't swat and get sucked into animations.

I know you are new here, but you gotta stop posting the same stuff over and over. You have already posted about ball swatting and stuff like that multiple times and said Madden 16 was the worst Madden ever multiple times.

It's the first year that I ever stopped playing madden 2 months after it was released...I just hope they fix the arcade catching and hope defenders are able to swat this year, that's it.

Well, I guess we're all entitled to our opinions, but that game was a true mess. I almost gave up playing Madden after '08 it was so bad.

And you might wanna bump it up to all-madden, my DBs get plenty of swats and ints. It's nowhere near as one-sided as I hear all-pro is.

You can manually swat, too.

But it's RB this year. And it's actually pretty responsive.

Meaning you can't swat a deep aggresive catch this year..I stopped playing for this sole reason it makes the game absolutely worthless to play.
