Yes you can lob the ball on long passes, but it does not exist in short passing situations. If you have a receiver 10 yards out and a LB underneath about 5 yards between the QB and said WR, you are unable to lob the ball over the LB's head. It is alway a straight line/line of site. As stated there is very little variances in throws. You can reference Allpro to see exactly what i am talking about.

Per my previous post, I guess none of those issues will be addressed, therefore the realism of the game may not be present again.

No... the impression I got is that for a split second after going out of bounds, the action will continue, force you to figure out the play is over and not lay on the hit stick once the guy's stepped on white.

A late hit doesn't involve players who aren't in the game.

Considering they've added 10 fully animated characters to the field for '10 and somehow upgraded the graphics along with it, fully interactive sidelines might be expecting a tad much at this point.

I'm not expecting the players to be on the sidelines pattin' each other on the butt and drinking Gatorade...
Don't you think it would look a bit strange to see a late hit out of bounds near a bunch of statues? Shouldn't they move out of the way? What about the chain gang? Are they just gonna stand there while the players go through them? Shouldn't the players show some type of emotion if the late hit happens on their sideline? I'm just sayin'.....IF "IT'S IN THE GAME, IT'S IN THE GAME".....RIGHT?

There's no tension from my end.
I'm just sayin' that it would seem weird to have late hits out of bounds without chain gang and sideline players moving out of the way or interacting some kind of way.

I don't think that's expecting too much.

Still being tuned a lot, but I don't think it was as big of an issue in Madden as it was in NCAA so this is just a nice welcome addition to help us out with our larger rating ranges.

Madden doesn't really have the "twitch" problems as shown in that video...our ballcarrier control I believe is quite a bit different from what I saw there.

3-26 Pursuit Angles in NCAA 10 also applies to Madden, as per this post by Ian Cummings. Note Ian's statement that the locomotion in Madden is quite different.
