Is there any information on what will be adjusted via TUNERS as opposed to patches?

Until the developers identify it's an issue, not sure when it will be addressed.

I was also under the impression tuners had a slight online-gamer bias, i.e. a way to combat serious glitches.

So I wouldn't think stuff like sim stats and UDFA bodies etc can be a tuner set, but maybe I misinterpreted their purpose.

actually I do remember it being said that sim stats can be affected by a tuner, logic can be affected by a tuner. The issue I believe is that the sim stats "engine" is so erratic and fragile that they have a hard time adjusting one thing without totally screwing up something else. I would not be surprised if they are looking into it but are very wary from past experience to do anything to drastic.

I do however completely understand your want for sim stats to be totally realistic. Some people say baseball is more of a stats driven game, I think football is just as much if not more of a stat driven game, I think stats in football tell the story of a game better than they do in baseball, and even more simply, who thinks its remotely possible for Aaron Rodgers to complete 52% of his passes over a majority of a season, c'mon now, I get your frustration.
