    Something I noticed playing a game a couple of days ago (since you mentioned the oddness of bigger holes messing with a different slider)....

    When I lowered the AI's tackle slider, I got less holes oddly enough. With their tackle slider at 30, I never had any room to breath as I had1-3 defenders hit me at the line of scrimmage (I was the Texans/Foster vs. Minny). But, when I raised their tackle slider back up to 40, all of a sudden I had holes to run through. It was strange.

    Just thought I would throw that out there in case it might help.

      I heard someone mention something about trying these sliders with NCAA 12.

      Im going to give it a shot tonight, I'll post back with results. Ill play two games.

      I'll be Notre Dame. Ill play the Sooners (best team, ranking wise) and a really awful team (something in the D- range)

        Have you changed this since the final games released? Super Speed QB's aren't a problem anymore just on the demo.

              Well in case anyone was wondering. I tried these sliders with some minor tweaks with NCAA 12.

              They work just as awesome as they do with madden.

              The tweaks I made were my sliders are all 50 except pass rush, brought down to 45.

              CPU is all 100 except for interceptions brought that down to 50.

              OP should put these sliders in the NCAA forum and give those guys something to not complain about. J/k I agree the game needs more than a patch.

                The only reason I posted sliders for human on offense is because the OP is headed for realistic stats. 55/90 will give you an arcade feel. Only adjust human offense for now and do not touch computer sliders. Leave them at 90.

                  With these sliders you really have to keep guys like tightends and running backs in to block. You also need to adjust the blocking as well. Pick between pinch , aggressive , right or left. Here is my question though. I need help figuring out what protection to call for different plays. Here is a list of plays and what I think is the right protection:

                  Draw plays: pinch
                  Running plays: aggressive
                  Play action to the left: block right
                  Play action to right: block left
                  Pass plays: pinch or aggressive

                  Why do my backs just stand there sometimes and not make blocks on un blocked linemen? What protection would help with this. I don't want to raise the blocking slider, I just want to play smarter.

                  One other thing ,was adjusting the actual players attributes for blocking and footwork.

                    I have the sliders set at 55 Human 90 CPU, and it gives a good solid game.
                    However, I'm cack at the running game, which slider(s) should I adjust top get a more balanced running game?

                        Ill give these a shot when I get the chance and report back. Does the cpu qb's target their number 1 wideout with these? with others the no.1 wouldnt even be considered no matter how open

                          I found a breakthrough in rushing sliders. Giving them some more testing but one slider requires a 0. It's kinda crazy but it works. I think I'm on to something.

                            I think I'm going to stop messing around with sliders until the first patch. For some reason I can't find the medium to these sliders.

                            Very slow, slow and normal doesn't give you that real feel of the game. The animations work best with fast. If we use fast, the QB's all act like Mike Vick. You'll notice on fast the QB throws the ball with a nice touch. The receiver makes a soft catch and run. When set to Normal, they have this stutter and slow motion feel about it. You have two choices.

                            1. Use normal or less speeds for real stats but not get every animation working correctly.
                            2. Use fast and get the full animations value and smoother game play. The down fault is too many big plays happen and there's no medium to it and QB's are super fast.

                            I'm going to wait for the patch to come out and work with bill. As for the sliders I came up with I'll post them for you to try. They actually work pretty nice if you tinker with them a bit but again, the animations are not working correctly. This was the same problem we had last year.

                            What I figured out. By putting player Broken Tackles to 100 and Run Blocking to 0, I eliminated big plays on the run. You have to actually create big plays and find holes. Here we go and let me know what you think about these human sliders vs computer 90. Thanks to the OP for finding us a base set of sliders to work with. If I decide to do something based on what you guys think, I'll make sure to let you know. Any questions, please ask.
