Realistically, how long is it going to take to customize a full league?

I'm one who currently doesn't do my own editing (rosters, sliders, etc.). I download them from the greats here. I definately don't want to spend time editing this game to the extent that it seems it will take.

How is this going to work when everyone seems to have different tastes? Someone mentioned that they want Earl Campbell at HB. Well I want O.J. Simpson. Isn't it reasonable to assume that everyone will have totally different teams, team names, logos, etc.?

I'm just confused as to how this is going to work. It would be cool if the majority of people here came to an agreement on rosters and everyone had the same (or mostly) the same teams.

couldnt you do a draft? IDK Isnt there a a live draft for leagues?

I don't play online much.

I was questioning more your season roster vs. the CPU. If they have a draft for season mode, that is a viable option that I'd be cool with.

I guess I'm still in "NFL" mode where everything is uniform & the same.

I don't play online much.

Drafting the teams will almost definitely be an option for season mode. I still expect season mode to work exactly the same as the online leagues, only offline.

Do you like dynasty mode? If so, you might want to check out today's info the NCAA forum before you switch that cash. :wink:

People say it's good to 'have a choice', well not in my opinion because I can't decide which game to buy now...

It's always been NCAA in the summer then Madden in the fall...Now I gotta 'research' these damn video-games...

That's terrible to hear that your 360 was stolen from you. I live in Sacramento too and had my place robbed as well. Funny thing is, they took nearly everything such as the 360 games and accessories but left the console by itself. Kinda weird to say so myself.

Probably because all of the accessories are actually worth more combined than the 360, which you can now get for next to nothing on eBay.

We have no choice. I didnt buy Madden until the exclusive deal kicked in. I love NFL football and want to play a game that has NFL players and teams. If you want that you have to play Madden.

Speak for yourself bud. I personally have a choice. That choice is to do what I have done the last two seasons and that's update ESPN NFL 2K5 into ESPN NFL 2K8. Sure, it's a lot of work and time consuming but I save $50+ since I avoid buying Crapadden and still get to play a far superior game despite it being "dead" for three years.

2K5 > Madden current / next gen.

# ADVANCED PLAY CALLING - Modify your playbook, set your coach tendencies, and have the coach call in the plays over a headset.

This here will be some cool stuff. They should talk about it soon. Anyone that has ever wanted to construct their own game plan should love this.
