An OC with 78 OVR would only be able to run up to 12 formations with a total of up to 78 plays. Same idea for DC's, these are of course just spitball numbers.

IMO this would really help differentiate coaches and would actually have an impact on the field as well. Add in those teaching, scouting, charisma etc... factors and teams could really start to feel different just based on coaching alone.
    Oh shoot!
You could have an "ask coach" feature in the play call screen. This would give you 3 plays to choose from that have an X% chance of being a successful big play. These could include
OLine opening a huge hole in a run call.
A wide receiver being wide open on a pass play
A higher probability of having a TFL,Sack, PBU,INT or FF.

Your head coaches "Strategy" ranking could be linked to how many times a game you can use the "Ask Coach" feature

And your Coordinators "Scouting" rating would be linked to how successful the "Ask Coach" play is.

I am thoroughly impressed with the visuals. All I need now is gameplay movement. Good work guys.

He already went over why it’s unlikely to happen.

I don't know if it's been mentioned but does anyone know how much the game will cost. Also I know they said you can customize teams but can you edit the fictional players and change their names to players you want.

Thank you. I'll most likey buy it if the gameplay looks solid.

This is getting into text-sim territory but why stop there?

I would love to see this also impacted by the QB.

Got a freshman QB with low IQ, maybe you can't run certain plays effectively, or at all. Need the guy to learn the playbook over time or expand his game enough to run every play.

Could make being that program that keeps 4/5-year players around rewarding vs. a program that always has undergrad QBs leave for the draft.

Auburn would never give up 6 points to Kentucky West.

Game just went from a must buy to a pass for me.

To be fair, Auburn is driving down the field lol.

Buy it anyway. I will. These guys are trying to deliver something we really want, which is a really quality football game. It's really hard to do, especially as some indy developer. They are probably not going to get everything right with the first releases. So what. Buy the game and give them feedback. Give them a chance to get the game to the level you want.

You have a unique opportunity to help with a football game by a developer that will actaully listen to you and deliver what you want, EA never did that. You can bitch about EA never making another CFB game, or you can do something about it by helping these guys. Spend $30 towards trying get what you really want.
