    Who is "none of us?"

If I did nothing wrong, I would be happy to turn over my phone.

I could have sworn hearing months ago that the CBA does require the players to cooperate with any league investigations.

Maybe the CBA is vague on what is required of players. Maybe it just says the players have to cooperate in "good faith" or something broad like that.

So the next CBA will probably have specific language about turning over texts and instant messages, tweets, etc.

Bottom line is there are two scenarios. Either he is lying about the footballs or there is something else on that phone he doesn't want people knowing about. Maybe he is cheating on his wife.

I wouldn't give them my phone, but I sure as hell would provided them detailed descriptions, screenshots, copies of the texts they wanted if that's what was being asked. Hell, I'd break out the crayons and draw them pictures of the texts.

And I get that. I don't have anything to hide whether personal or business so if turning over my phone would help clear my name I would have no issues doing so.

I just don't think it was a fair broad paint to brush to say no one would turn over their phone because I honestly wouldn't have an issue.

From what I understand Brady's people and NFLPA lawyers believe he did provide all info the league wanted before destroying his phone. Something he has done throughout his career every 4-5 months.

And that's a pretty predictable defense.

For the record though, I think this whole thing is dumb. A fine would have worked for me. Any suspension is over the top. TB certainly didn't help himself but this never should have been the issue it is to begin with.

If he would've just came forward, admitted to it, and said nobody ever told him otherwise I believe that'd be the case.

Yeah, maybe he has all this time, but why ditch a phone the day of meeting? IDK, we'll see what happens in court. Whenever that may be. Until then I will go back to not caring.

This might help clear up the league's position on the matter...

How's it dumb? He purposefully sinned and violated a significant rule in a very underhanded way.

I get the points that Luck seemingly should've known the football wasn't right (being he's handled a football for years so he should tell it was too light) but regardless a rule shouldn't be created without expecting it to be broken and levying a consequence if so.

I think Tom is dumb in trying to prosecute the NFL; just be done with it and move on. The more he fights, the worse he looks.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.
