    Why?

If not, everyone who is not a Texans fan is going to HATE him very soon.

I must get different commercials. The only thing I remember seeing Watt in is those commercials with Durant where they're surprising "Everyday Heroes" or something.

Yea same here. I don't know if this is the one you are talking about or not. But the only one I remember him is the one at the school prom with the mom.

I know from reading an article for appearing in Papa John's commercials, Papa John's. on Tuesdays, contributes 10% of all proceeds to the JJ Watt foundation, which helps middle schools in the state of Texas and Wisconsin for upgrades.

That same article said between his agency, the Texans, and other PR outlets, he turns down 450 request per week for appearances, autograph signings, etc.....

He has also asked the media to not follow him when they find out he's doing a good deed because he is aware of the perception of becoming over saturated.

If he donates some of his earnings outside of football to charity, I'm not sure I see this as a big deal as other athletes have done the same thing years and decades prior to this. ie Joe Greene Coke commercial, ARod, double discount double check, etc....

If I see a commercial over and over and become tired of it, I hit the remote.

If I'm a Dalton teammate I'm a little concerned (not overly concerned) that our leader has such thin skin.

He went to TCU. We can't be that surprised by this.

I don't get all the hate against JJ Watt.

Maybe it's because I don't see that many commercials or immerse myself in NFL news...that, and I cannot stand NFL Network analysts not named Kurt Warner. I see Luke Kuechly commercials but maybe 1-2 a week, those being on Sunday.

As far as Andy Dalton...it's ridiculous to get upset at that small comment. Why not call out that maybe JJ is still sour over 2011 Rose Bowl MVP Dalton and the frogs beating Wisconsin? Or that the Texans are terrible and in a HORRIBLE division. C'mon.

Between the Cam Newton dance fallout and Andy Dalton crying over some weak trash talk...Ive lost faith in the future of society.

I still can't believe people are upset over Newton dancing. Why was nobody upset when Brady was screaming at his coordinators or Peyton was calling out his teammate as a drunk? The double standards when it comes to Cam Newton are so transparent. It's embarrassing.

I think I remember some people saying they were upset with Brady reaming Bill O'Brien. And don't remember the Peyton incident so obviously don't remember hearing any backlash about it. But I agree society is hypocritical at times.

It's not something we can talk about on OS, but it's interesting to see the dichotomy between the stories about Cam's dancing and the stories about Drew Stanton's dancing.

I'll take 1,000 Watt commercials if I never have to see that Geico Peter Pan one again.
