Somehow I don't think Kraft would agree to that.

Let's see if he decides discretion is the better part of valor because if that's the deal on the table than it's gonna get messy and very public if it goes to trial.

So not admit to wrongdoing but admit that the evidence is strongly against him?

      Am I understanding that right?

That sounds like the way it was presented to them but I"m not entirely sure.

Looks like it might end in a happy ending after all.

Depends if the NFL can use it against him as admission.

I think the deal is standard for 1st timers. The issue is that there are some questions on if the police followed procedures and had probable cause to pull him over.

His lawyers probably will fight it to see if they can get it dismissed first.

I thought that's how they identified all of them. Yes he wasn't driving though.

He was identified by video in the establishment. He, nor his car was ever pulled over.

The entire case was built on others being pulled over after leaving which is how the search warrant was originally obtained. Those that were pulled over admitted to what was going on there.

New tawdry details released by Palm Beach County’s top prosecutor allege Patriots owner Robert Kraft bought sex acts shortly before jetting off to the AFC Championship game — hugging and tipping the woman on the way out after the 14-minute stop.

Jupiter, Fla., police say they have video evidence that Kraft pulled up in a blue Bentley to patronize the Orchids of Asia Day Spa on Jan. 20 at 10:59 a.m., according to a police affidavit released Monday.

That morning — just under eight hours before his Patriots were due to play the Kansas City Chiefs for the AFC Championship — Kraft stopped by in a blue baseball cap, greeting the woman inside with a hug, police say. Video then shows Kraft spending the next 14 minutes there as the woman performed a sex act, according to the police. He then hugged her and paid her $100 before leaving, police say.

The previous day at 4:45 p.m., Kraft spent 40 minutes there, and paid for and received a sex act, after which he hugged the women there and left, police say. Cops pulled him over in a traffic stop shortly after — in a different Bentley, this one white — and identified him via his license, the affidavit states.

New tawdry details released by prosecutors allege Robert Kraft bought sex acts shortly before jetting off to the AFC Championship game — hugging a woman at the end of a 14-minute stop.

A car he was a passenger in was in fact pulled over at one point.

He was pulled over on Saturday and id verified. There are questions to whether they had probable cause to pull them over. If the stop gets thrown out, the id may also be thrown out.

40 minutes on Saturday and 14 on Sunday. Looks like he learned to take the blue diamond before arriving, the second time.

Np, I only remembered it because I saw he may be able to get out of it

Had limited time to make his flight, so skipped the massage
