Should the New York Giants Fire Dave Gettleman Mid-Season?
Yes, yes, a thousand times YES! He should not be involved in any trading deadline moves.

As Tennessee goes so does King Henry's chances at MVP.
I was looking at some of the past winners and I didn't realize Mark Mosley (a field goal kicker)won it in 1982.
20-21 FG made, long of 48 and he missed 3 of 19 extra points at the automatic distance -What were the voters smoking that year?Comment

I can’t believe how much better kickers have gotten. He hit his then record 21st consecutive field goal that season, Cairo Santos just hit his 35th in a row Sunday and still needs another 9 to tie the recordComment

Dan Marino and Joe Montana changed the game. I know that phrase gets thrown around a lot, but the mid 80s saw a change in how the game was played. Going back to look at passing stats before then and it may come as a shock. Particularly with interceptions.
Johnny Unitas has a career TD int ratio of 1.14.
Terry Bradshaw? 1.009 lol
Don't think him winning MVP had much to do with sympathy. More likely it was a strike shortened season so the voters were like "why the hell not, hold my beer"Comment

Apparently the Dolphins and Texans have agreed to terms on a Watson trade, but Miami is waiting for both the legal stuff to be resolved and for Goodell to clarify what kind of punishment/suspension Watson will be receiving.Boston Red Sox

NFL's investigation into Washington Football Team won't be released despite pressure, commissioner Roger Goodell says
The NFL commissioner said Tuesday that "protecting those who came forward" would keep the league from releasing its investigation into the workplace culture of the Washington Football Team, despite continued calls for the league to do so.

I read Goodell’s reasons…ridiculous. He’s playing the “protect people who came forward card”, but you could easily release the findings and emails without revealing identities of anyone.
