Re: NFL Off Topic
So I got to thinking tonight. What would be the biggest Play off disappointment at the conclusion of Week 17?
- Seahawks Losing the Number One Seed and dropping to a Wild Card after starting 11-1?
- Saints losing to the Bucs with an ARI win, and missing the Play Offs all together after being a 9-2 team at one point.
- Eagles losing the NFC East to the NFL's worst Defense, the Dallas Cowboys with a back up QB. (Orton/Kitna)
- Only AFC scenario I could think of. Defending Champs, Baltimore Ravens losing a Wild Card spot to the Chargers, or Dolphins while playing a Bengals team that has no positional advantage to gain in seeding.

Re: NFL Off Topic
He must still be on his rookie deal before they instituted cap on rookie contracts.
Sam Bradford also has a big cap number:

8/3/2010: Signed a five-year, $60 million contract. The deal contains $40 million guaranteed. Another $8 million is available in "not likely to be earned" incentives. An annual $125,000 workout bonus is available in years three through five. 2013: $630,000 (+ $11.52 million "signing" bonus), 2014: $11.55 million, 2015: $3.505 million (Voidable Year), 2016: Free Agent

Re: NFL Off Topic
Easily the Saints. You can't start 9-2 and miss the playoffs.
Though I hope like hell that happens.Comment

But the correct answer to biggest disappointment is the NFC North receiving a playoff spot.Originally posted by BlueNGoldI feel weird for liking a post about exposed penises.Comment

Re: NFL Off Topic
Yeah it's crazy that with all the opportunities the Bears and Lions have had that neither have been able to clinch the North yet. Rodgers has been injured so Packers have a bit of an excuse. I feel if they can beat the Bears they are the most deserving team but man that defense has been bad.
Denver losing out on the 1 would be a major surprise; but they are still gauranteed a first rd bye so it wouldn't be that major of a fail.
The scenario I'm personally rooting for is the Bucs beating the Saints on the last play of the game. Similar to Josh Mccown to Nate Poole to beat the Vikings in 2003. While the Cards win in exciting fashion to get in the playoffs.
