Re: NFL Off Topic
Their are times when I've seen Wallace outrun balls because of his speed (he did the same thing here in Pittsburgh) but that isn't a testimate to Tannehill's arm strength.Comment

Re: NFL Off Topic
I think it's illogical to base arm strength off draft pick. I can think of a few recent ones: Christian Ponder, Alex Smith, Mark Sanchez, you could even throw in Sam Bradford.
That being said, he could definitely be the Dolphins QB of the future. Arm strength is definitely serviceable. Miami needs to get him some protection and he needs to work on his touch on deep throws and make better decisions. I think he has the potential to be a more mobile Matt Ryan.Fan of:

Just because you are division winners don't mean you should get a home playoff game. Should go to the team with the best record!Comment

Re: NFL Off Topic
No way I'd give up on Tannehil now if I was Miami, or Philbin for that matter. Tannehil has really showed signs of progression. Sure seems to have good arm strength as well, hardly subpar.
Now Ireland on the other hand? Yea, that guys seems like a bit of a jackass.

Re: NFL Off Topic
The dolphins have improved every year. If they have another collapse next year then get rid of Philbin. They need to fix that OL and give Lamar Miller more touches on offense. Tannerhill has surprised me. I see no reason why he wouldn't get even better next year.

Re: NFL Off Topic
Depends on what type of collapse they have but I still think he should get at least 2 more years.#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: NFL Off Topic
Pretty spot on. You can kind of push this one off on how crazy the season was or the team being young, etc. If it happens again though, they won't be able to push/write it off.Comment

Re: NFL Off Topic
If they get in the same position they were in this season but let's say they lose 5-6 key starters for the season while a bunch of other guys are nicked up as well dealing with lingering injuries, do you still fire him after that despite him keeping that team competitive with all those injuries? I don't think it's as easy or simple because there are going to be other factors, ones that you can't control, that will play a role.
I put it like this(speaking in general): If you're a team that's constantly changing coaches every 2-3 years and haven't had much success in the last 5-7 years, why keep repeating that same method if it hasn't worked before? Teams that do this are the ones that struggle year in/out or have very little sustainable success.#RespectTheCultureComment

See I just never understood these type of comments. What is real football weather even? I mean there is cold, rainy, calm, hot, humid, blizzard, windy, etc.
When I played in HS it was usually hot and humid, the weather seemed pretty tangible to me. WHAT DOES IT ALL MEANSaints, LSU, Seminoles, Pelicans, Marlins, LightningComment
