Re: NFL Off Topic
Why not?
I don't see much of a downside, you just eliminate one bye.
This season aside, the issue with regards to sub .500 records has never been with regards to the wildcard teams but usually happens when you have a terrible division.Comment

Re: NFL Off Topic
I feel bad for Texans fans. They go from having a team poised to take a run to a team that's floundering and lose to the Jags.
Yikes.....If Kubiak keeps his job after this season then he's got some incriminating material of Bob McNair.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Re: NFL Off Topic
I understand the "want" people have for 7 team playoffs but on the flip side, do you really NEED 7 teams?
What's the argument to not keep it at 6?#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: NFL Off Topic
I just think with all the changes the NFL has made it wouldn't surprise me if they added an extra playoff game and of all the changes they've made this is probably the last one I would have much of an argument against.Comment

Another big game for the NFL to market. It's amazing how perfect everything is (was) for the NFL, yet they won't just leave it alone.Comment

The league is already diluted and pissing a lot of people off. The playoff system is one of the few things about the league that remains good. Don't **** with it.Comment

Re: NFL Off Topic
So what do people think...Bon Jovi and MLSE(company that owns the Leafs(who are worth over a billion dollars),Raptors among other teams) working together to buy the Bills if they become for sale.
I think this would be the best chance for Canada to get a NFL team. MLSE is owned by the 2 dominant companies in the country(they control everything, phone market,cable/satellite market, internet market) so money being available to buy them isn't gonna be the issue.
Only issue will just be a stadium(since the Jays don't want a football team at Rogers Centre(they're already kicking out the CFL Argos in a few years)). Don't know if they'll find an area in the city to build a 70,000+ seat stadium. If they do, it better be convertible roof, cause you know weather will be insanely cold for November-December.Comment

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment

Re: NFL Off Topic
^lol. But if any NFL team was going to move, I'd want it to be the Jags. Franchise hasn't been good, attendance sucks, too many teams in Florida. Get them out of there and let them go to a city where they'll make money like crazy, regardless if they win or lose.Comment
