Hernandez walks through the house with a gun in his hand on the video. Goes to basement and video gets shut off.

I'm sure there is more evidence than this...that would be weak if that's what they are using for the murder charge.

After the OJ shizznik I woudnt count Hernandez out yet. Either he's innocent and the truth will come out or he's EXTREMELY confident in his legal team because he looks pretty confident to me?

                      Re: Aaron Hernandez Saga

Granted, I haven't found myself in such a position, but it just seemed like his demeanor wasn't that of someone really worried with their situation. I've been in a few courtrooms and have taken in people facing considerably less severe charges and that body language, casual shifting, seemingly icy stare sent the prosecutors way.. Just seems to me like he doesn't give a ****. Then again, I haven't taken the whole thing in or know if it's still on, but my quick takeaway. Then again, I'm not sure of his general demeanor apart from what I've briefly seen in the past, which I guess wasn't exactly nice guy Hernandez

Like I said, I didn't take in the whole thing, so maybe the gravity of the situation became more apparent. BUT, some people aren't so easily read, so there's that..

@ProFootballTalk Prosecutor: Shell casing was found in the car Hernandez rented. It matched the casings found at the scene.

They can get a warrant for his home security system. That stuff doesn't disappear! This post could be found in a future trial if it was relevant!
