From his other incidents I'm thinking this guy is a real criminal. Most of them have some psychiatric issues where they believe they can and will get away with anything. I can't see him right now but it sounds like he's not worried at all. It may just not register like it would with a "normal" person. Than again most "normal" people aren't in his shoes today are they?

I don't know about "weak case". Shell casings match the gun he was seen on camera carry back into home.

And I guess the Judge agreed...No bail.

Another question: Why is AH renting vehicles in his home town?

I'm sure Aggies7 can relate with my sentiments on rental vehicles...they are often used for crimes.

Working for a rental company, people rent cars all the time so that if for some reason they would get pulled over, the police don't have their actual car information.

That is correct. With stopping rental vehicles the only information you have is the renting persons names and address given to rental company. It will not tell you who else was in the vehicle.

No this no bail issuance is only good until the next court proceeding which I assume will be a Grand Jury.

And the circumstantial evidence is not so circumstantial considering the video in his house shows him with a gun moments after a murder. I am not saying they have the most solid case but this was just an arraignment which means all the evidence is not presented.

Its also scary that it seems like Big Brother was tracking his every move with the cell phone tracing.

Not really cell phone tracking in terms of a GPS. It is what cell tower his phone pinged off of when being used.
