    Re: Aaron Hernandez Saga

Technically we do not know for fact any of this. All of these charges are alleged at this point. There is probable cause that exist to charge Hernandez with the listed crimes.

Let's try to discuss things civilly so we don't get into a flame war about if he's innocent or not. Then people will start with their agendas about why they believe he is guilty or innocent. Then it will come out about "big brother" & "The evil government" is out to get you...

Maybe I'm not giving OS enough credit...or maybe I'm just being realistic.

Hey, I can kinda understand saying "I don't think he murdered the guy" but the "free Aaron Hernandez" thing? That makes it sound like he's being wrongly accused and persecuted. I'm not seeing that here. If anything, the cops took this investigation very seriously and took their time. Who knows if he'll be found not guilty but the implication of your remark is off base.

I also have to echo seahawk70, it sure seems like the other guys rolled on Hernandez. People who commit crimes CAN and often are this stupid.

I'm not ready to convict the guy just yet. We have yet to see what Hernandez has to say as we are only getting one side right now. I hope for the Prosecution sake that they have a lot more against him than what's been shown today. If not AH's Attorneys are gonna have a field day imo.

The wildcard we have are the two other guys. Why haven't we heard ANYTHING about them? If I missed that information please post it here.

            Accomplice.
And in a murder case that can also warrant life behind bars because he's guilty by association.

If they laid that much out on the table at the arraignment, I'm pretty sure they are very confident in their case.

Literally the only things missing right now are the weapon and an eyewitness.

Shell casings in the car match the one at the scene? Check.
Tire tracks match the one at the scene? Check.
              Neither of those are "Circumstantial".

The texts (both from Lloyd right before he died and Hernandez), the cleaning crew, the video footage and other stuff is circumstantial, but it paints a very grim picture.

I don't know if Hernandez pulled the trigger but to say he did nothing wrong at this point in time is pretty ignorant. It doesn't even matter if he physically pulled the trigger. If he is involved, let alone the mastermind which he seems to be, then it's rightfully a first degree murder charge.

If it comes that he's found guilty, I hope he rots.

                  What we know:

                  - Hernandez had an altercation with the victim on June 14th
                  - Hernandez picked the victim up at 2:30 am on June 17th
                  - The victim texted his sister at around 3:15 am stating he was with Hernandez
                  - Overnight workers at the industrial park heard shots around 3:25 am.
                  - Hernandez is seen returning home with a gun in hand on his surveillance camera.
                  - Victim's body is found 1 mile from Hernandez' house by a vehicle that Hernandez rented.
                  - Hernandez' Vehicle has bullet casings in it.
                  - Hernadez proceeds to destroy his phone and his surveillance system.
                  - Hernandez hires a professional cleaning crew to clean his house....

Innocent until proven guilty????? LMAO. Really?

What do you need. A video of the actual shooting? Regardless if Hernandez pulled the trigger or not, he is going to jail for a very long time. He obviously played a huge role in this.

If they can match the shell casing in Hernandez' rental car to those found at the murder scene its pretty much game over for him if they have surveillance video of him driving the car before and after the murder. That's not circumstantial evidence; it ties his car directly to the crime.
