This is the best article I’ve read on the Watson stuff from a few days back.

The competition for Watson, while he stands accused of sexual misconduct in lawsuits filed by 22 women, shows just how low NFL teams will go.

You left out the part of my comment where I clarified that my point was that compared to how Baker carries himself with the team, coaching staff, social media posts, and with the media on a week to week basis, Watson is an upgrade. Thats what the Browns mean when they say they want an adult. Baker is a petulant child. The reality is most teams don't care about the stuff Watson is in legal problems for so it plays little in their decision making. When it comes to football stuff - which is what the Browns and most teams care about, Watson will be an upgrade over the things they are over with Baker. And the reality is too that most fans don't care either. Whether or not those things should be the barometer for what "adult" means to the Browns or if fans should care more is a different conversation.

Lol. I left it out, or did you?

          Here's you're quote in it's entirety.

Quite literally the only thing I left out was where you said him not being passive aggressive with the media and in the locker room. Not all that other stuff you just mentioned which I couldn't have left out since you didn't post any of it.

I ignored that because if your definition of being an adult is someone who acts like that with the media and his teammates (which meets the quality of quite a few professional athletes across all sports, not just Baker) is somehow WORSE than what Jackson has done, I would strongly disagree and also say you may need to re-evaluate some things.

If you asked me who the better NFL quarterback was in all phases of the game of football, wouldn't get an argument out of me that it's Watson but that doesn't cover up what he's done off the field compared to Baker Mayfield being a bit immature at times....

FINALLY a relevant QB trade: Case Keenum to Buffalo for a 7th rounder.

Cooper basically went for a 5th, so with Woods coming off an ACL this is probably the right value, and with the Rams not wanting to pay the roster bonus due tomorrow it probably made them not haggle as much as they might have otherwise.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

Just saw someone seriously say on Twitter the Stafford extension was bad bc he lead the league in int last year lol

Sounds like he took a little less $ to stay in LA

Twitter has the dumbest takes imaginable. Start with the most foolish thought you've ever had, take a half dozen shots of grain alcohol, then try to explain it to someone else. That's Twitter's level.

Worth the pick. I like Keenum a lot as a backup, not as mobile as Trubisky as our backup but our offense could be different with Dorsey calling the shots. Just realized he has history with Diggs too.

Honestly my biggest issue is purely paranoiac. Keenum finds play time, has me worried the football gods are coming for Josh Allen. Lol

Well the other popular option for backup was Ryan Fitzpatrick, and if you wanna talk about a cursed backup...

TBH Keenum is fine as a backup, but the issue I always had with Daboll and backups is that bar Trubisky we always seemed to have weak-arms behind Allen: Peterman, Barkley, Anderson, Fromm, etc. and they would not call a shorter pass game to account for it. Allen can hit anywhere on the field at any time and the offense is built for that, but none of those guys or Keenum can do the same. It meant a lot of balls floating because the route concepts were too deep IMO.

Impressive additions along the OL for Cincinnati with Collins, Karras, and Cappa. Man, that’s a fun three names to rattle off in a row. If they come together quick, this year’s Cinderella run team could turn in to a force to be reckoned with over the next few years.
