It's weird if you don't scroll through the draft year when your creating the player like 2 or 3 times, it'll make it 2006 draft year instead once your finished creating the player. That would then not make him a rookie.

Another comment... Putting Crosby and other LTIR players in the swiss league is really a bad idea. When you start a franchise, Crosby remains unsigned and pittsburgh can sign him for an ELC...

I'm just going to try and start with opening day rosters...as if no one is injured. Some like to play the game with rosters as it is right now, I prefer the Crosby on Pittsburgh scenario, etc.

BTW Matt... Do you want me to put the already drafted prospects in the AHL or in the Swiss league ? And what about the 2012-14 draft prospects ? Random CHL/SM-liga/Elitserien teams or swiss too ?

Also, someone will need to go through the CHL and other leagues to edit prospects. Yakupov is only an 73 C B B-, MacKinnon a 68 C C B-, etc. Plus, I really HATE the potential ratings of some players in the NHL. A- is way too much for guys like Hall or Seguin for example. That would mean they would end up around 94-95, which is basically Crosby's level...

Yes don't put KHL or NCAA in ahl. Fit them elsewhere

He sent them to me. Like I said, there's still a lot of editing to do especially for the young players. I noticed no one in the CHL was edited.

By the way, I still haven't received an answer yet. Do you want me to put NCAA prospects in the Swiss league or in the AHL ? The only one I put in the Swiss league so far is Beau Bennett because Wilkesbarry is full.

Hey guys, any idea or estimate for a date when you expect to have all the CHL guys/prospects updated? I'm holding off starting a new Be a GM mode if it is going to be soon as I'd love to have realistic rosters as nothing is worse than seeing guys like Nail Yakupov and Nathan MacKinnon get drafted in the 4th round. Would really appreciate an estimate and I'm sure I speak for every one on this site when i say "keep up the great work lads!"

@Islander179 : I don't know. Someone will have to edit them after I finished my Caps (12 all out 52 done so far)

Not during the first year at least. They will remain unsigned, but still the property of their team, just like CHL or Swedish prospects.

By the way Matt... Do you want me to go through the CHL prospects as well ? I'm not saying I know all of them, but I know who are the top prospects as of now. Also, I can't promise that I'll find every undrafted overagers that have a crazy potential... But if you want me to do it so it fits better with my CAPs, I could do it.

Also... What do I do when the swiss-league teams rosters are full ? :\ Extraliga ? Because I have about 10 other players to place plus all the other prospects if you don't want them in CHL...

EDIT : Oh man I hate this game... Sorry guys, it's gonna take longer than expected. I had 20 CAPs done (doing 5-8 per days, so Hourray !) and decided to launch a game online... For some reason the online rosters saved over the rosters on which I had the CAPs. Result, I have to do them all over again... Kinda mad. So Matt, I don't know if you prefer going through the CHL and AHL and European players and publishing the rosters like this, then I could download it and do the CAPs and send it back to you... This would allow people to use them quicker than by waiting another week or two for my CAPs. :\ I'll wait until I got your answer.
