Mike Krushelnyski's son just scored a goal against UMD for Colorado College. I was more disappointed about how old that made me feel than the goal against my team.

It'll be interesting to see if anyone goes after Quincey tonight after the comments he made earlier in the week.Currently Playing:

Chicago has some horrible special teams. My goodness.
Quenneville's gotta try playing some other forwards that will give up their body on the PK. Hossa is being real lazy and it's costing them.
I don't even like watching this team play when the effort isn't there.
0-37 on the PP and counting...
Is there a record for consecutive scoreless PP's?Last edited by SidVish; 02-25-2012, 09:33 PM."You got it man. I don't watch hockey." SidVish"I thought LeBron James was just going to be another addition to help me score."

0-39 on the power play and giving up 4 goals to LA. I'm ready to vomit."You got it man. I don't watch hockey." SidVish"I thought LeBron James was just going to be another addition to help me score."

Avs nearly gave away the lead against the Wings, but held on for a huge 4-3 win. Tied with Dallas for the No. 8 seed now.
You gotta think since they are still very much in the playoff race that guys like David Jones will be staying put, unless the Avs can get comparable players in return.Currently Playing:

Re: The Official 2011-12 Regular Season Talk Thread
I guess Nashville is using it as sort of a mission statement. It does seem odd though.
Also, Karlsson is having himself quite a season. He might win the Norris.
Find all the latest NHL news, live coverage, videos, highlights, stats, predictions, and results right here on NBC Sports.
Just how many points will Erik Karlsson get? It already goes without saying that Karlsson will lead all blueliners offensively, but after scoring six goals and 15 points in his last six games, Karlsson is also challenging for a spot in the NHL’s top 10 overall in points. He also has 49 assists, which puts him just four shy of Henrik Sedin for the league lead in that category.
How rare is that? Well, a quick glance at the record books suggests that no blueliner has led the league in assists since Bobby Orr, who did it most recently in 1974-75. So the fact that Karlsson is even in the running this late into the season is worthy of mention.Last edited by SidVish; 02-26-2012, 01:20 PM."You got it man. I don't watch hockey." I like the Preds, but there's no "for sure" in the West. 2012 Blues >>>> 2011 Ducks.Originally posted by Thrash13Dr. Jones was right in stating that.
