I love how it takes a couple seconds to process what he had seen, then loses all composure.

I had them as my "darkhorse" term last season but they fell flat. I definitely didn't expect them to be this good this year.
I'd feel better about the Blues' Cup chances if they had just a little more scoring punch. Currently 22nd in the league in goals scored; even the Devils never finished worse than 15th during their DPE heyday.

The Leafs can't seem to get this playing well for a whole season thing right. They only seem to be capable of doing well during the first half or second half, but not decent all the way through.

For once I feel like Toronto fans are less deluded about the quality of this team and its coach than the general manager.

Burke is nothing if not loyal. He stuck with Dan Cloutier through thin and thinner.

I know Cloutier is terrible—I mean I know this, but didn't Cloutier have some decent numbers with the Canucks for a couple years? Though, I suppose there is that whole thing about him losing it in the playoffs, and that Lidstrom goal. Kind of reminds me of a poor man's Luongo.

Only decent numbers taken out of the DPE context. Cloutier won a lot of games, but never finished in the top-15 in either GAA or SV%. Good reflexes, but terrible positionally. Also had a well-known drug problem.

I give Luongo more credit than that. Pretty difficult for a starter to play 90% of his games in the heart of the DPE and put up a career .899 SV%, but Cloutier somehow managed. Roberto Luongo? Cloutier was more like a poor man's Roman Cechmanek.

For a defending SC team this whole win one game lose two, win two, lose one, is getting really old. Really 1-0? To Ottawa? ffs Bruins skate you bastards.

I'm pretty convinced that every time Bryz has a good game the rest of the team purposely doesn't score goals so he can remain the scapegoat.*

It's so frustrating. They've completely stopped skating and moving the puck. Right now their offensive gameplan seems to be telegraphing shots from the point (which get blocked half the time) or throwing the puck at the net from bad angles hoping they get lucky.

Blackhawks beat Toronto 5-4. Needed that one badly.

Mike Milbury and Jeremy Roenick don't like each other.

One of the most entertaining videos I've watched all year. I lost it when JR said he was going to get Milbury a Shirley Temple. According to twitter posts, a couple of days ago Milbury said Karlsson will win the Calder.

Yes, Mike Milbury, keep doing things like this until you get fired.
