I'll take it though obviously. Think I've found my setup and clubs that match me the best.

Because its EA... I'm pretty sure they don't put anything through QA or test anything before they release stuff. It's becoming very old..

I'm feeling that ea a long time ago decided that the best QA is getting the game out to the masses and fixing the problems with patches. Unfortunately, we get screwed out of time with the game while they work in their bugs.

Played my first round of the weekly tonight. Had some great moments and some terrible moments. I was -7 after the front. I holed out from the fringe three times, putts were falling, it was amazing. Then came a Bogey on 11. Then a Double Bogey, after two water hazards, on the Par 5 13th. From there, I charged back to -8 after an Eagle at 15 and Birdies at 16 and 17. Finished the round out with another Double Bogey on 18. I hit my 2nd shot out of bounds because I was trying to fade it around trees. I never hit fades; it was a terrible decision.

Really disappointed with both of the Doubles. They were less about poor execution and more about choosing bad shot attempts. Much to my detriment, I frequently get too aggressive and it bites me hard. I'll have to keep those three holes in mind in the coming weekly rounds.

Non video game related, but I went out and played a round this morning with my dad and uncle.. I started hitting on the range when I got to the course and I was just shanking everything. I hadn't got out to practice or play in a few weeks, and so I figured I was in for a long day. I ended up shooting an 81 though (Par 72). It was honestly one of the better rounds I've played in my life, and I still feel like I could/should have shot mid 70s. I 3-putted 6 or 7 different holes (has to be the most frustrating thing for me in golf), I couldn't quite get my distance on my irons down.. but luckily my short game from 50 yards in from off the green was pretty solid so I was able to savage some of the GIR's I missed with some nice up-and-downs (even chipped one in from off the green for birdie, I thought that was something I was only capable of in Tiger lol). That and I was getting off the tee well consistently with my driver

I don't know what it is, but I can only really get into a rhythm and hit solid shots consistently once I get out onto the course. On the range once I hit a bad shot I have to hit another right after to try and fix it, and it just spirals from there and I get overly frustrated. I just feel more focused on a course.

Anyway, I'm out to go hack it up in virtual golf now. I'll be around for most of the day if anyone wants to get some h2h matches in hit me up on Live

That makes two of us. They have politely asked me not to ever come back again.

I could not read a putt to save my life today. Can't even tell ya what a good approach shot looks like either. Just brutal.

Going to shoot my first 2 rounds at Augusta tonight. Hopefully I can redeem myself.

Took some time away from the game due to the number of clubs broken and balls lost. Returned to the daily at Banff Springs am shot my best round ever on TW14 with a -8. Would've had -11 if I wouldn't have 2 putted the last 3 holes.

Tell me if anyone has ever had this glitch happen.

I'm a draw player trying to hit a fade, I'm LOOKING at the controller when swinging, I hit the lines pretty good going for a big fade, the feedback on the screen shows I hit a perfect up and down shot!?!???

The result, a double cross out of bounds on a par 5 9th in the daily after birdieing the first 6 holes, not the first time this has happened. Finished -8 GRRR

I'll never win a daily with the video golf gods conspiring against me.

So, I've been in the process of moving for a week or two and I finally got everything moved today. It wasn't until a little after 8PM ET that I was able to sit down and play the daily and the final three rounds of the weekly. Overall, it was a good experience. Shot okay on the daily, same with round two of the weekly. Round three I went on fire for a -12, but quickly followed it with what was one of my worst rounds in a long time.

I started the fourth round tied with kodiak for the lead, but I just wasn't making a lot of Birdies, and when I did, not long after I would Bogey. On the back I went Bogey -> Double Bogey on consecutive holes. If I hadn't holed out from the sand trap on 18 for Birdie, I would have finished at +3. Really disappointing.

I'm glad to be done with all the packing and moving, though. That stuff is no fun at all. It felt like I hadn't played Tiger in a week, when in reality I had played only just yesterday morning. I love this game.

First time i have played SP on this game and shot -7 with no bogies. It was a fun and challenging course with all the elevation changes. Every par 5 was reachable in 2, but i couldn't make a Eagle putt if my life depended on it.

Had a freeze and was kicked from the EA servers after completing my round. It gave the opt into discard round and that was it. Oh well!?! I love this game but stuff like this drives me nuts!

The putting in the tournies is really starting to get under my skin. I singe the cup at least 10-11 times a round. In far better golf news I qualified for the State Amateur today!
