Yes sir it was a great time last night online. Ended up doing three races and they were all a ball. We all used our headsets if i recall.

Track suggestions for 5-10 cars
Silverstone
Cataluna
Hockenhiem GP Track
Road Atlanta
If we get 10 - 15 i would love to try LeMans. Car Type R3
Thanks all again for last night it was awesome
I can do Wednesday Night at 10 every week

Anyone up for a radical or v8 super cars stock race night? Maybe changing the tune up a bit but it would put everyone in a very similar car in terms of top speed, acceleration, handling, ect.

I also vote for Road Atlanta and Silverstone. Not sure what tracks you guys ran but Id also enjoy Suzuka

Hope you guys don't mind but I took the liberty of uploading an OS numberplate template to my store. If anyone can tell me how to unlock it, you may edit however you like. I left the number blank as well as the sponsorship space... have at it.

You can't sell unlocked vinyls, they have to be gifted (either by gifting the vinyl itself, gifting a design with the vinyl, or gifting a car with the vinyl). That said, if the number plate is blank, then that issue may be a non-starter.

gotcha, however, I was able to upload it to my store so anyone should be able to download the template and apply their sponsorship decals and numbers of choice.

Agreed.

Very fun, clean races. Not many collisions/ wipeouts and if there were any, they were accidental.

+1. Alex and I had a few bumps but we each backed off right away. I had a weird issue with SEC on the last race. On one of the last turns, he went wide and I cut on the inside. It looked like I cleared him but my screen froze briefly and next thing I know I was hitting him on the inside. I pulled over and let him pass as I didn't know if I really did turn into him or if it was lag or something else. Plus I found my mic! So I can actually talk next week!

Man, that race was a battle! How many times did we trade position Nunez? I lost count after 10 or so

We need to do a race or two in D Class. I have a Lotus I set up last night that is way better than the one I raced with in A Class.

I really like that idea. kinda like the old iroc races. real stock cars going at it so it comes down to our driving skills. there are plenty of Holden and ford super v8's to choose from so we all could have diff paint schemes and numbers but they are all identical in set up.

i would be willing to set up a few races to give it a shot. probably saturday nite.

If we had more then the number of cars you can always work on your own paint scheme, I'm sure most of the sponsors on those cars are on the store front for free.

I haven't checked but can you do timed races? I think it would be interesting to have a night of multi class 24 minute races on Nuburgring and Le Mans. Something like r3 and A and switch classes in between.

i know u can set up races to be timed. I just dont know how the multiclass would work. I guess if you set the race up to accept R1 cars you could have some guys run R3 and just keep it seperated that way.

The only problem would be the xp and credits awarded for the R3 cars will not be seperated from the R1 cars but if nobody cars about that it wont matter.

I will send u a friend request today at some point and see if we can get something worked out over the weekend. i love the idea of timed endurance racing.

Im pretty sure you can set up class restrictions in the game. So if your first in the lower class but behind the upper class it will still show you first in class on the hud.

The multi-class races actually place the two classes of cars separately for race results purposes. So if you have R1s and Ds, the R1s race against each other, and the Ds race against each other, but the R1s and Ds share the same track.

I spent some time looking through the online options before the first race... there are a ton. You can in fact do timed races, up to four hours long. You can set it up so the last place entry on each lap drops out of the race. You can set up two teams racing against each other, with total time being the final factor. You can even play soccer, lol. There are a ton of different ways to play this game. And all the restrictions that are possible to set up offline can be used online as well (makes, models, production vs race car, no upgrades, performance index limitations, number of engine cylinders, car drivetrain...).

I'll look at the ideas that have been tossed up on here and schedule the race for next Wednesday by end-of-day tomorrow.
