OS Forza Motorsport 4 Ladder: Interest / Sign-Up / Discussion Thread

I was really looking forward to this. We finally get OS guys racing and it's on a night I have class. I still have 5 weeks left, but hopefully you guys will still be going strong when my Wednesday nights free up. Sounds like the first week was awesome.

I plan on being there every Wednesday except for the one before Thanksgiving. And I'm only missing that because I'm working.

I was thinking about maybe doing some hour long endurance races on the weekend. Not sure if anyone else is interested in that though.

i think we'll still be going pretty strong. with all those different racE options i think we'll still have lots of interest after 5 weeks. i'm at driver level 75 and have only completed 8% of the career stuff. thats nuts but i really love that in a game. not since the nascar pc games have i had this much fun racing online. really getting my money out of this one.

Proposed for Wednesday: multiclass event

Tracks: Hockenheimring Full Circuit (2.84 miles / 9 laps) / Road Atlanta (2.54 miles / 10 laps)
Car Restrictions: only cars from Class S (up to eight entries) or Class D (up to eight entries)
Date / Time: November 9, 2011 / 10:00 PM EDIT

Sound good? We can go with one longer race too, instead of multiple short ones. Open to anything, really.

We should have a backup plan in case not too many people show up. I think we'd need at least 8 people to do a multiclass race (4 on each) to make it worth it. Maybe just do the same tracks and have one in S class and the other in D Class.

For what it's worth, I plan on using a D Class car unless I can get a super S class Lotus going. I usually don't mess with anything above A Class.

I had someone pick up my shift Wednesday night just to race, so you guys better show up hahaha

As long as it's an S or D it can be any number within that level

Correct, though typically you're going to want to push it as close to the level cap as possible (700 for S, and I think 350 for D).
