The race should be restarting around 10 PM, according to MRN.

I've put some rules in place for OSFGN, feedback from the competitors would be excellent

Even with the Race for the Chase over, I can't catch a break as the #55 is down a cylinder or something.

EDIT: And now Gordon has a flat tire coming out of a caution!!!

Hmm... The 88 team covers almost the whole grille with tape on the last pit stop and then blows up just laps later. Shocking. Maybe there wasn't as much tape as it seemed.

Anyways, that couldn't have worked out any better for the #24.

He had a lot of damage from Dave Blaney's idiocy on pit road that lead up to the engine failure

Starting the chase with a third place finish going to win this thing!

Just when I thought the #11 was going to break his amazing streak of 18th or worse finishes, his engine lets go...... Haha.

                      Great recovery for Jeff Gordon.

And about 10 hours after the race was supposed to start, it's finally over.

                        Congrats on the win yrogers

I thought the same too but it was because of how dark the nose template they used and the large amounts of tape needed to stick it on versus removing the nose(couldn't because of time), but it did had a big grill opening on the bottom and they even cut the original grill off. Even before the "qucik fix" it was running hot when they pitted under green because of the damage. They didn't get a chance to work on it under green I believe except once and they were still pressed to keep him on the lead lap and didn't give enough air to breathe.

I think the 24 had the car to beat during the night and was way better looking on fresh rubber but a top ten goes a long way.

Congrats yroger. Plenty of time left, and with Talladega in a few weeks, then we'll know who actually is left.
