Re: Playstation Network and discussion
Picked up Hot Shots Golf 2 from the PSN store a few days ago (it's now available for PS3 as well as PSP) - pretty good value for $5 if you like the HSG series.
I had never played this one before (I started on 3), but It's nice to see it plays the same way. I still think this series plays a better game of golf on the consoles than TW (the PC TW rules all in terms of realism though). I can't put every shot in the hole from the fairway like a maxed out golfer in TW can - far from it.
If I have one gripe, it's that the putting grid is a little hard to read - small breaks in the green have little or no color change, and it's led to me missing some easy short putts. It's more of a complaint with the PS1 though, since it's so hard to judge slopes with those graphics.Comment

Re: Playstation Network and discussion
I have never had the PSN problems that a lot of people have had. The longest download I have had was the Ninja Gaiden demo and it was under 20 minutes. I am guessing it does not play well with certain ISPs because I know EG switched providers and his PSN downloads sped up a lotActually...believe it or not from my physique... Re: Playstation Network and discussion
Yeah, my PSN speeds fly now that I switched to DSL. I got Ninja Gaiden in like 12 minutes when it came out. When I did the Gran Turismo release on Xmas Eve, it was 5 1/2 hours for it using cable.I have never had the PSN problems that a lot of people have had. Re: Playstation Network and discussion
I think PSN speeds as a whole have improved. I still have my good ole cable modem, and lately the things I've downloaded have gone much quicker than they were when I first got my PS3.Comment
