Re: Xbox Experience coming 11/19 - requires 128mb of space
Pretty darn sweet I must say.
The first thing people will do that own the 20gb hard drive is start deleting old XBLA trial games.
2nd thing I tried was Netflix. Quality is on par with what they've been streaming to PCs. I just wish the Xbox adjusted for my aspect ratio. I get black bars down the side of my screen for the movies I've tried out. Oh, and I like how it resumed a movie where I left off viewing when I was watching it first on my PC.
Achievements are layed out nicely in cascaded panes as you select a played game in your library. In those panes are separate ones for DLC and other details to see nicely organized.
What can I say about the friends list.... I'll just say I didn't know Microsoft had it in em. They had to get help from the outside.
The interface isn't choppy and slow like it used to be. I can see Microsoft better utilizing ad space now.
Final thoughts. I don't see how anyone will be disappointed. It's so much nicer now.
