Re: Xbox Experience coming 11/19 - requires 128mb of space
But it's too late for them to do anything differently, like breaking up some of the 128 MB file so that millions of people wouldn't have to download all of that on the same day. I'm guessing MS letting everyone who signed up for the NXE early get in today was a part of this, rather than just them being nice.Comment

Damn I hate being broke! I need a bigger HDD now! I only got around 4 gigs left. I can't install anything with that! Time to dump all the XBLA games that I haven't paid for.Boy this habit is as bad as dope!!!

On Netflix.com, click watch Instantly or whatever it's called, there's where all the movies are housed. Then you have to add them to your watch now queue, not your normal one.
Then on the 360, when you enter Netflix, you see the box art for every movie you added.
You then choose to watch, rate, delete, etc.
As of now, no movies/shows are listed as "HD". What it does is tests your connection, if it's fast enough, you'll see the HD option if the show/movie is there. Example, if you choose Heroes ep 1 of season 3, and your connection is good enough, when it's loading it'll change over and say "HD" on the screen.
Bam, then it's in HD!
Hope that made sense.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Man I deleted all that XBLA junk off my machine along with some music, (why did I put music on my 360? When I stream it from the computer) and now I have 10.2 gigs left. That good for a game or two. Boy I can't wait to see Netflix in action.Boy this habit is as bad as dope!!!

Go to netflix.com, click on the "Watch Instantly" tab, mouseover the "Genres" tab and a menu should magically appear with "HD" as one of the options.
Or click here: http://www.netflix.com/WiHD?lnkctr=hdgenreNintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Netflix speaks out on Sony movies disappearing from Xbox 360 service
Joystiq broke word this evening that Netflix stopped Xbox 360 users from streaming movies distributed by Sony Pictures Entertainment.
This restriction only applies to Xbox 360 users. PC, Mac and other Netflix-enabled on-demand devices can still stream Sony Pictures Entertainment films, and is not a glitch.
“In the case of Xbox 360, a few hundred titles are temporarily unavailable to be streamed via the Xbox game console,” Netflix VP of corporate communications Steve Swasey told MTV Multiplayer in an e-mailed statement tonight. “Those titles are still available to be watched on subscribers’ computers and on TVs via other partner devices, and we hope they’ll be licensed for Xbox 360 shortly.”
When asked if the license just coincidentally expired as Microsoft was adding Netflix support or Sony Pictures Entertainment specifically requested Xbox 360 streaming to be disabled, Swasey wouldn’t say.
“As watching instantly becomes a more prominent part of the Netflix service, our goal is to have all of our streaming content licensed for all of our partner devices,” he said. “We’re doing well in this area, but it will take some time before we fully achieve that goal. Today, titles regularly come in and out of license and there is a natural ebb and flow to what we have on license at any given point in time.”
For now, however, Sony Pictures Entertainment films available for streaming through Netflix — including “Superbad,” “We Own The Night” and others — will remain blocked on Xbox 360, until Sony says otherwise.Go Noles!!! >>----->Comment
