The problem with PS3's exclusives is that the biggest ones have no legs. They are all 8-12 hour romps that can be solved with a rental. When it comes to the really big games, the 360 has bigger and better titles with more staying power.
Mass Effect 1 and 2(huge, huge reasons to buy one system), Gears of War 1 and 2, Halo3 and ODST, Left 4 Dead 1 and 2, Fable 2 and 3 the GTA episodes...these are all huge, huge games that last longer than a weekend. I understand if they are not your personal preference(I don't own Halo 3 and didn't buy Gears 1 until part 2 came out, don't own L4D), but you have to look at the gaming mainstream if you're talking about a real comparison. Altogether these games would leave big black holes in most people's collections. As a guy who is more into Rainbow 6 type shooters than L4D, Halo and Gears, I'm still picking ODST and L4D up just to play with friends and coworkers.
Even Metal Gear is going M$. The biggest chance for Sony to break even was Final Fantasy, because that game commands the same kind of base as some of the aforementioned games, but once they lost FF13 it was over.
The crazy thing is that PS3 fans are generally RPG fans, and I cry for any RPG fan missing out on the 360 exclusive collection of STELLAR roleplaying games.

It doesn't, lmao.
