Would wal-mart price match this? I need to get HSG back.

So, I got Hot Shots. Won't be playing it for a while, though. Like I said... too many other games in my rotation at the moment.

Thank you! Great site. Unfortunately, it looks like they are a little light on Vita walkthroughs, but hopefully that will grow as time goes.

I still haven't had a whole lot of time to play with it. I've played around with Uncharted, AC and Madden so far. The games seem really good, the graphics are amazing. I am looking forward to spending a lot more time with this baby.

Yeah, the price is great and HSG is definately on my list, but I haven't even had time to play around with the games I have bought so far! For The Show, I think I'll wait for 13 to come out (I usually don't play sports games outside the season of the sport).

I hear you, there. I'm having a hard time finishing non-sports games ... MLB 12 The Show is still eating up most of my gaming time. I'm trying to finish all 162 games in a season for the first time, and I've got 60 games to go.

It'd be nice if I just carved out 2-3 days to finish out Uncharted and Gravity Rush, since I'm close to 50% done with both of them.

Still workin' on that, eh? I got through my first 162 (163 actually... three-team round-robin playoff for last WC spot) in August, and slowed up considerably when school started up again. Now I'm in late July in my second season, having played every game. The Vita has helped out tremendously so far.

I will be going through Uncharted at some point, but right now I'm definitely honed in on PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale and Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified.

Just like Brett said to me about HSG (and I understand that it's a great game, but I had no reason to buy it at its previous price point so early on with my current playing rotation), I would say the same thing about PS All-Stars, ZEN Pinball, and LittleBigPlanet. This has to go both ways here.

Yeah, still going. With my work schedule, I sometimes go several days without playing, so it is taking me longer than I anticipated, even with having the Vita. Man, if I didn't have that, I'd probably still be in May or something on the schedule.

I've never played a turn-based RPG before, is P4G really that good of a game? A lot of you really like it and it's getting really great reviews.

Persona 4 is also a lot more approachable than it may seem like from the outside. Deep systems doesn't mean it's complicated or confusing. Everything is explained well and on easy, you want have trouble getting through the game. Many people that didn't have interest in JRPGs, but saw Giant Bomb's Endurance Run of P4 and got interested, had zero trouble on easy. I mean easy difficulty on PS2, you didn't even have to worry about buffing your team or de-buffing enemies. You also got 10 Moon Tsukubames (which if the main character dies, it will revive the party with full HP and SP). Now there's a very easy difficulty in P4G from what I've read, and you get 5x EXP and Yen, and can restart battles without having to start from the beginning of a floor if you die. If you don't mind Japanese culture and lots of exposition, you should give P4G a chance. You're likely to love it.

I just warn that it takes a long time to really get going. I think it's about 2 hours before you fight your first real battle.

Second this completely. I did try very easy just to see what it was like (I'm playing through the game on Hard) and it was a Sunday stroll through the first arc. I didn't know about the 5x XP and yen, but certainly seemed like that was the case because I was gaining levels like crazy and ended up at about Level 17 by the end of that first dungeon (and in one day of the game's calendar). If PS2 P4 was that easy on easy then literally anyone should be able to pick this up and beat very easy...well, very easily.

Beware when you move up to normal though...that's when the game starts getting real.

YouTube for PS Vita: Update to Version 2

Since June, PS Vita owners have enjoyed watching videos via the YouTube app on the device’s brilliant 5” OLED screen, bringing you entertaining, hilarious, and viral videos, plus trailers for the hottest games coming to PS Vita and PS3 on the official PlayStation channel. While PS Vita’s YouTube app launched with a robust set of features, today you can update the app to version 2, bringing several new features that will enhance your viewing experience even further. Here are the highlights:

-Subscriptions and channels: Now you can view and manage your subscriptions (including your subscription to the PlayStation YouTube channel), browse all videos on a specific channel and check out detailed information in the “About this channel” menu option.

-Improved controls: We’ve added new functions on controls including Next/Previous buttons, a loop video option and the ability to browse videos while another is playing, making it easy to select preferred videos without interrupting playback.

-Playlist settings: You can now create playlists and add videos to your playlists, including your Favorites or Watch Later lists.

-Closed captions: Captions help deaf and hard-of-hearing viewers enjoy YouTube videos, and they’re also useful if you forgot your headphones and want to watch videos in a loud (or quiet) setting while on-the-go. Now you can display closed captions when playing videos. Look for the captions icon on the video thumbnail. You can even change the language of captions in the options menu.

-Continuous playback: In the settings menu, you can now enable continuous playback, so your next video selection will start to play automatically.

-PS Vita buttons: You now have the option to use the PS Vita buttons to control playback and menus, which can be enabled in the Settings > System menu.

-Share: Show that you’re tuned in—Tweet, Email or group message your friends the name and URL to the latest video. You can also invite people to check out any channel on YouTube — like the the PlayStation YouTube channel — via group message, so they don’t miss a beat.

-Improved search: You can now use search filters — sorting by upload date or duration, for example — making it easier than ever to find your favorite videos.

We’re thrilled to deliver updates to some of our most popular apps, furthering our promise to bring you the best portable entertainment experience possible on PS Vita. Which added YouTube features are you most excited about?
