No I did not, despite my cousin telling me about it being on sale last month. Still need to get that too.

Looks like $20 Tearaway is in my future too.

I'll grab it @ $20 if Amazon matches the Gamestop on their PSN store, I don't buy physical Vita games.

Terrible timing for the release, and the marketing for the game was pretty weak.

I mean I can't say enough good about it. The only bad really are the online dropouts. The rest is phenomenal IMO.

Yeah, I can't be complaining about 14K sales too much when I could be making it 14K and 1. At $20 there's no reason for me to pass it up. I just wish the game was a lot longer (not that 8-10 hours is short either, but for a game like this the one playthrough is really all the value it can give you it seems).

Super Crate Box is now available for free in the "PlayStation Mobile" section of the PS Store.

Fun game on the PC. I imagine it's just as good on the Vita.

Very surprised and impressed, remote play worked almost flawlessly from across town at a friends house over the interwebs via wifi to my PS4.

Picked up Tearaway and Kill Zone for the Vita for games to play Christmas Eve at the Inlaws and some Twisted Metal 1. That's just a holiday tradition I've had for years. I love the vita.

Did you have to leave your game in the PS4 and leave the system in standby?

I played Madden and Legos, with no problems. I'm still kinda impressed it even connected, let alone let me play games. I've actually disconnected more at home in the same house as my PS4 (3x over an hour) than I did playing 30 miles away.

Only thing that might have helped is we have the same ISP. Still though, Vita -> Wifi -> Cox network -> my house -> powerline network -> PS4. I didn't expect it to work at all.

I'm impressed by that. Really, I am. I'd like to try this immediately... without having to actually buy a PS4 to do that.

I remember when the Best Buy in the heart of San Diego had a PS3 in a home entertainment center area (basically couches and everything), and it wasn't in any sort of demo mode. People could sign into their PSN's or do whatever they needed to. If the PS4 at my local Best Buy had this capability, I would've tapped in with my Vita via Remote Play and just played it whenever I wanted.

I have to say Remote Play has been a system savior for the Vita for me. Of course, I would love to see some game made specifically for the Vita, but I can't say how much I love having the ability to play my PS4 from anywhere in my house.

Really love the remote play feature of the vita but the one thing that I am having a hard time getting used to are the L2/R2 buttons for some games being mapped to the rear touchpad (NBA 2k14 comes to mind) . Assasin's Creed 4 remaps L2/R2 to the bumpers on the PSVita which is awesome. Would be nice if someone developed something that would be similar to an actual DS3/DS4 add on for the vita. Something like this: http://imgur.com/a/LykhS .

I do know that there is a workaround to use your DS4 controller for remote play ( http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/69108...ion-4/67995516 ) but that would involve me reformatting my vita and swapping out my memory card everytime I want to use my vita.

Im hoping Sony will let us to just use the DS4 on the vita without any work around or someone comes up with something that has triggers to mimic the DS4/DS3 triggers on the vita.

Other than that, I love my vita and will just try to get used to the remote play controls.
