Not many but E3 2012, 2012 Gamescom and the Vita only event held in Japan that had everyone hyped up only for it to be Japanese only games.

I agree and let's be honest. A big show for Vita for me would be the addition of a bunch of sports games, where as a big show for others may not have anything to do with sports. So it really depends on a persons gaming preference.

Well I would expect people to check their hype for a Japanese show, if they expected Western centric games.

It is just naive to think otherwise.

Hopefully this E3 will shine. I expect it to due to the interconnectivity they want with the PS4.

A big show for the Vita could just be they're still not showing the PS4 hardware but it's playable on the show floor via Vita only.

I don't disagree with you at all. I personally just felt let down. I love the Vita don't get me wrong but a lot of these supposedly AAA games have been nothing more than average.

Infinite skateboarding runner OlliOlli heading to PlayStation Vita in November

OlliOlli, a 2D skateboarding game from indie developer Roll7, will launch this November as a PlayStation Vita-exclusive, according to the developer's website.

OlliOlli is a hand-drawn, pixelated infinite runner where players attempt to complete different skateboarding combos. It features infinite, randomly generated levels, more than 100 obstacles for players to avoid and tricks to learn.

Players will skate through five different levels in one of three different modes. Career mode includes infinite running and unlockable stages. Spots mode is for players looking to track their scores against friends, and Daily Grind provides a new challenge every day.

It sounds like a skateboard indie version of Jetpack Joyride at first.

Absolutely in love with my Vita. Find the "lack of games" aura about the system to be a little off. Gravity Rush, Persona 4, MLB The Show, Littlebigplanet and Uncharted are wonderful. Plan to get Sly Cooper and the Metal Gear Solid Collection eventually as well.

Vita sold less than 20k in April

Man is that bad this thing is close dead. Sad to because I think it has a lot of potential, but maybe they will somehow save it

It's not a lack of games, but a lack of games Vita can call its own, and its future lineup is currently underwhelming.
