The crowd noise is great and commentary is quite good. Framerate is solid during gameplay and visuals are nice.

FIFA, Madden, Hot Shots Golf, Virtua Tennis 4 and of course, MLB The Show, make for a great sports lineup.
Not a big Soccer or Tennis fan but might test out Fifa and Virtua Tennis 4. Still having a blast with Madden and The Show but need a change of pace every once in a while.

Career modes are why I'm interested in both of those games.

The two I named or the Tennis and Soccer games.

If your talking about Tennis. How is the career mode and does it play like real tennis or is it more like Hot Shots Golf.

would you recommend getting fifa 12 or 13? i read that 13 is basically no different apart from jerseys and rosters, is that true?

wondering abt that too, does the career mode provide long term motivation?

I haven't played VT4, but tennis games usually have you starting as a scrub and improving over the course of a seemingly endless chain of training and tournaments. I think we have VT3 and it was hard as hell. I haven't looked into VT4 as much, just know it has it and hasn't looked further because if it sucks ill have only spend $10-15 for it :-p

12 really isn't that much different besides the rosters from experience. Don't usually read too much into reviews, but IGN's review title hits it on the head.

I haven't played 13 so I can't comment specifically to that but from everything I've read and seen, yes, the two games are nearly identical outside of rosters. I'd go with 12 since it's cheaper.

Yeah that's the basic premise of VT4. You earn travel tickets to move around the map, where you can partake in training, rest or tournament play. There's also sponsorship challenges against top-ranked pros.

I've had the PSN version of Castlevania: Dracula X for about two months now and just finally figured out a strategy to beat the darn stage 5 boss. Modern gaming has softened my skills with twitch games tremendously.

Then I finally get to stage 6, and right off the bat it makes you fight four bosses in a row all on one life.

Beating this game should be worth 100 platinum PSN trophies.

Is $175 a good sell price for a 3G Vita?

Someone wanted to buy mine for that much. The thing is like brand new with a full body Hori screen protector, 8gig memory card, original box, nice case, and Hot Shots Golf

Like literally this thing don't even have a scratch or smudge on it. I was gonna keep it because I was gonna get the PS4 but Xbox turned it around so I guess I'm selling

Really looking forward to streaming PS4 games to my Vita. Killzone Vita looks good too and am excited about that game. Having been an Xbox man for years or at least it gets most of my playing time now, not going to get the Xbox One until they do away with the mandatory Kinect.

I don't know what to do with the vita. There is no software that I want coming out for it and I'm not sure how much use I will get with remote play.

If it wasn't for me playing Persona, I really am not sure what I am doing with it. I got a good year plus out of it...but Remote Play needs to blow me away.

Can't say I blame either of you for feeling this way. If it wasn't for cross-saves with MLB The Show, I'm not sure I would have even bought a Vita. I have found other games I enjoy but there is nothing coming down the pike for this thing. May as well get a 3DS for portable gaming since Nintendo has good support.

I haven't touched my vita in a month. But I'm looking forward to going to the beach next week so I can play it in our room at night.

Love having it for just that. Let the kids have the tv I have my playstation. Same as it was with my psp.

I could not see myself getting rid it. And as I said before, I can't wait to play that batman game.
