I'm excited that there is no UMD. Sony made a mistake with the PSP-GO, splitting your userbase is never a good idea. So they created a new one this time, perfect.

I agree with you. I'm very happy with my Vita purchase. I play a ton of MLB 12 The Show on it, and I can see Madden 13 getting more run on my Vita than my 360.

FIFA was another great first effort and I'm really excited for 13 with the physics and sliders (desperately needed for the Vita version).

Uncharted was cool, the Metal Gear HD Collection looks amazing and Gravity Rush is outstanding.

          Oh, I forgot HSG, too.

Honestly, my only complaint is the battery life is so short. Other than that, the Vita is awesome. I can tweet, surf the web and watch Netflix or videos on YouTube. So much better than lugging all of those UMD's around.

But I couldn't care less. it's 85% of a console experience that i play on my lunch hour, on coffee breaks, and in bed while my wife watches a show where someone destroys and remodels another $700,000 home. i couldn't be happier with this thing!

I'm a 37 yr. old married man with kids. I never admit (outside of these forums) or proclaim to have/enjoy a handheld video game system. It never leaves my house and rarely ever leaves my room. It's my guilty pleasure!

I'm surprised we haven't seen any PS3 games that allow you to use the Vita for minigames or puzzles. Using the Vita to heal a teammate, draw up plays, manage inventory, sniper scopes, RC vehicles ect ect.

The Vita could be used to complement already existing games. It would be cool to play a PS3 game from one perspective and have the Vita game effect the story somehow.

The possibilities are endless for this thing and I hope developers start to utilize it.

Developers spoke out about this stuff the day the Vita was unveiled. So I am sure there are games already in the works.

Gonna be pretty sweet when they do start coming out.

For those who missed it, LittleBigPlanet Vita is now available, at least at Gamestop. Whether they broke street or the date was entirely lifted is something I'm not 100% sure of, but what I am sure of is that I've got the game in hand right now.

Not sure if other retailers have it yet.
