Darn. Just saw this post. I'll look it up online when I get home. Was waiting for this one too.

I am confused on what I can play on my Vita from the Playstation Store (or, maybe, "how" is the part that confuses me). NHL 07, Grand Theft Auto and Burnout are three of my favorite games/franchises on PSP. I would like to play them on the Vita, so I don't have to carry two game systems with me. Each says PSP/PSVita in the store, but none is available by download. So, how can any of these be played on the Vita if they cannot be downloaded?

Download on PS3, transfer to Vita using Content Manager. If you don't have a PS3, you're boned.

Ah. Crap. Yep, I'm the tiny minority with a Vita but no PS3. I do plan to eventually get a PS4, so I guess that's another reason . . .

I don't even see NHL 07 on the store so I can't help there, and Burnout shows up as a PSP only title which means you'll have to do what Spider said. But for GTA try logging on to the PSN's Web Store -

And searching for each game on there. I know both LCS and VCS are there, and it should let you initiate a download on the store itself. Then the next time you turn on the Vita the download should start.

It's been a while since I played either so I don't know 100% that it still works, but it's worth a shot.

Does that work for getting NHL from PSP onto your Vita? I thought that only work for a few games.

I don't know about NHL specifically (since some games are locked out), but that is the method for games that are missing from the Vita store but are indeed playable on Vita.

(That works for any game that plays on Vita, actually -- and I do it that way by default because the downloads are faster and more reliable.)

EDIT: Upon further review, NHL 07 is not even available on PSN. Something is rotten in the state of Denmark.

Entwined, but I don't know what else. They kind of just touted Remote Play and PS Now outside of that.

OK, that's what I thought. Wanted to be sure I didn't miss anything. Can't lie and say I'm not disappointed by the lack of Vita games. I have a pretty hefty slate of games in my library, but once I finish those, not sure if this will something I use much a year from now.

They said 100 games were in development I thought, didn't say how many of those are just indies coming to ps4 and being ported to Vita though.

I know Tales of Hearts R is coming at the end of the year, so that's a for-sure purchase for me.

Probably 98 (FIFA and the next MLB The Show are the other 2).
