If you guys have any interest in kart racing games I urge you to pick up Sonic Transformed. What a fantastic game!!!

though other consoles have it such a joy to play on the gamepad. the gamepad is PERFECT for the casual gamer as it has its controls spread out and you dont have to cram your hands on a controller anymore

Picked up deluxe version yesterday with AC3 and Madden 13, very impressed from what I see in limited playing time so far. My 1st Nintendo system since N64. Hope the 3rd parties jump inboard and big N fully supports this system as I think it has amazing potential

As much a I like/love the system it has to be said that I anticipated 2 titles for this system the most..Titles I had no qualms about purchasing.

NBA 2k13 and Madden 13 and neither lived up to my own preconceived hype on how awesome they would both be.

After the initial playthrough its tough to even play them now. Framerates are horrendous and with no patches forthcoming to fix them these will be traded in soon as disc titles.

The only hope i have left is that the downloadble version on the eShop are better...

I have to say though that Fifa 13 is a revelation even though it has no rain or snow its definitely visibly better on Wii U and plays at a ROCK SOLID 60 FPS.

You guys know I have a 360 Roster coming out for NBA 2k13, wouldah been cool if there was one for Wii U as well

While I haven't played 2K, Madden has not been that bad for me. It certainly isn't as smooth as 360 but it plays just fine enough for the first FB game on the system.

The only issue I have is the button reverse issue.. which = I am trading mine in also as I can't keep going back and forth between the two button schemes.

Appreciate the honesty but I can't wait to play Madden and NBA 2K13 on the Wii U. It looks fine to me in the videos and reviews I have read. Definitely the first games I will purchase on the system.

You know thats what im saying good eye. for some reason the video captures dont capture the lag?

My biggest theory now is im wondering how these games are off the hard drive?

Video capture is typically at a lower framerate anyway, so things like framerate problems might not show up.

I'd wager that there is a 0% chance the downloaded version is any different. Disc access typically has nothing to do with framerate. It will speed up load times, but that's it.

Well he certainly IMO should be rookie of the year.
As far as MVP... If they really use the most valuable to a team he's it.
The way hes lifted our team and has carried us to finally have hope...

But a rookie who has his team leading the wildcard at 7-4 should not be ROTY?

On Wii U note, I think I am going to get ZombiU, is there any other games besides Mario U and COD that I should get ahead of it? (Keep in mind I have played Mass effect, AC3)

Sonic and sega all stars is probablly the best kart racing game in a long while

Honestly ZombiU should be before COD... But that's just me...
